Welcome to the site! Keep checking around on different forums or at toy shows and youll stumble across Gambit. Picked him up at a toy show a month or so ago for 5 bucks, MOC. This is the cheapest I found on eBay.

Like Optimus said, the MU version will be out later this year or next. Same body and different head from what I remember.

Like Optimus already said, there's a Gambit/Mr. Sinister 2 pack coming out this year. The Gambit figure is the XMO one with a bandanna (easily removable) and a new head with longer hair. No need to go searching for the old one.

Here's a picture.

I just wish it was an all new gambit and not the XMO version. Oh well.

Great shots, I could imagime how amazing your shots wouod be with better lighting and a better camera. Whos that beta bill looking bot? Looks great, I need the recipe for that.

Yeah, i'd like to hold out for the XMO gambit, because as Do Boy so graciously stated, that mold sucks, his long hair looks lame, and removable or not that bandana sucks, also the boots look to be colored poorly.

I'm not sure why anyone would want the original XMO Gambit. I bought it when it first came out and was so disappointed. Poor design, articulation, the head sculpt looks crappy and coat looks like something off a hobo, not Gambits.

Gambits one of my favorite X-Men so believe me when I say I want a Gambit that does not suck. The two pack version has a much better looking head, longer hair or not. I think I'll pick up the two pack for Sinister and the new head sculpt and try and find another Cyclops and make my own.

I can't believe they used that lame as mold again. Hasbro sometimes you make the stupidest choices it blows me away.

My advice don't buy the original XMO version. Get the two pack for a solid Sinister fig and a slightly less shitty Gambit.

I'm a little surprised to read all of this XMO Gambit hate. I'm always up for improvements, so if they want to make a better Gambit figure I'd be on-board, but I'm pretty happy with the look of my XMO version.

Where do I start?
D Day - One of the best forum's ive ever been on with a high percentage of people that will go out of their way to hook each other up. Feel free to add in any of your thoughts and post pics of your collection when you can. We try not to ridicule too much or get into stupid arguments like a lot of other forums although it happens from time to time.

synapse - The XMO Gambit isnt perfect but still a decent overall figure. I think the cloak, staff work well on him. Id agree with waiting on the 2 pack.

Nex - Don't have Ms. Marvel and those are the exact figures that Lud asked me to gather

Optimus - I agree with being happy with the XMO Gambit. At first I saw pictures and didnt want to spend the money he was going for. For 5 bucks I couldnt go wrong and after opening it up I was happy with it more than I thought i'd be, probably because my expectations werent as high as Synapse.

Omega: Ya I did get a better camera but that pic was already in my photobucket with my droid camera phone. Too lazy to retake the shot. I do need better lighting though. The beta ray figure you are referring to is just the deep dive iron man with wings and the cape from the mu thor figure.

In the subject of gambit, they might add in the wrist and ankle articulation as they did with the xmo deadpool upgraded to the deadpool comic pack one. I'm not a fan of the long hair either. My preference is the spiked hair look from the 90s. The coat is the biggest disappointment. I changed mine with the dc hush figure. It looks a tad bit better. I think I'm going to try to mold my own spiked hair look for a upgrade.
Here is what he looks like with the other coat.

I hear what you are saying, i just hate his hair, he looks weird, the thing that i love about this line is that most of them are pretty damn close to how i remember them from comics and the 90's xmen show, which is the best television representation of marvel comics to date maybe if the new mold accepts the XMO head then it'll be ok

Great display, rodimus. Did you do the coat hanger trick for your flight stands or are those something else?

To hop on the Gambit/Sinister two pack discussion... I'm going to hope the take the time to fix the ankle articulation and save me the hassle of having to switch the lower legs myself. Sinister is the figure I'm not sold on 100% he's a entirely a Colossus repaint with a new cape
