Disney is where the variant sets are (unless they're all gone by now). You can always but one at each store and return the non-variant to Disney to keep it at $38. TRU will probably have five more sales with them at around $28-$32 though--already had one and with the piles of these sets they still have I'm sure their will be more.

I think I'll just find the Nightcrawler from the set on eVilBay and substitute the others,(Single Card Release Storm and Colossus, the Wolverine that comes with Sentinel, Jim Lee Cyclops, and no Thunderbird).

..there's a Comic Pack with Storm (Mohawk version) and Nightcrawler, which I believe is the same as the 35th set's Nightcrawler. I still see them around. Might be a little cheaper, plus you get a comic.

I want to do half a wall of mOC MU but its a pain to get double of each . what should I do open them all or do both .?

Keep one MOC and one open. Sure it is hard to find doubles, but that's where you come and and make the final call if you want to wait or not for another.

Open it all! Takes up much less space. I keep the cardbacks and keep all the accessories/file cards whatever else in little baggies separated with stickie notes that have desciptions of who the accessories are for. At least thats what I try and do.
I feel as though I appreciate the collection much more being open and being able to pose them. I didnt appreciate MU Cable until I had a loose one and had my hands on it.
