I'm a 90s Marvel guy, what is it about X23 that makes her such a desired character? Mold looks good, I just don't know much about her and need her fans to sell me.

Well, I finally found a Doctor Doom.

Toys R Us had pegs full of nothing but Daredevil, Punisher, and Moon Knight. Just when I was about to walk away, I looked down, and there sat Doctor Doom and WW Hulk on top of the Sentinels.

Dark red Daredevil. Also, apparently TRU has marked their MU figures up to $8.49, $9.02 after tax.

Yeah... I believe I'll be limiting my MU buying from now on. Prices keep going up everywhere. Don't think I'll be looking for much other than Commander Rogers and X-23 now.

well being a super Doom fan I say yes,its colors are near perfect and I actually like it alot,plus the greenish eyes highlight the mask a bit better,its a keeper.

Damn...you call that pegs full of nothing??? At 5 of my TRUs in my area, the best you can do is find a few Red Ninjas. Actually the list extends to pegs full of peg warming crap including wave 1 Thor, wave 1 Cap, and IM2 junk. Seriously.

TRU completely sucks.

I'm a huge doom fan as well...wasn't sure about picking up the new Doom, but if I ever come across one in retail, I would definitely buy it, even though I'm perfectly happy with the SW version. I'd probably just keep it MOC for display though. But damn you Hasbro for rehashing with negligible paint change! :<

Not sure if you've seen any of the XMEN MOVIES, well she was featured in the 2nd movie, she's the hot chick that cracks her knuckles, and has blades from her fingernails and toenails. She's basically wolverine's equal or superior depending on how you look at it, her and Logan both have the rare quality needed to endure the antimantium bonding process.

That was Lady Deathstrike, actually, not X-23.

As far as why she's a "desired" character... well, for me personally, I find it hilarious that they took Wolverine and made a female clone of him. It makes for an interesting character, though, 'cause she's just a teenage girl, yet has all of Wolverine's killer instincts and, to a certain degree, bloodlust.

Logan tries to keep her from situations where she has to kill, but fails miserably. Cyclops forced her into his secret kill squad despite Wolverine's objections.
