I know what you mean mine is on its way too however I order because i know ill never find X-23 or Rogers . In my city ill find pegs and pegs of Namor and Ultron though, guaranteed!

I've got a preorder on Commander Rogers. $14.99. But now the set is on BBTS for $50, $10 apeice. Should I cancel the order, order the set, and then just fob off the few I don't want like Darkhawk, Namor, etc?

Nope. I think Darkhawk, Ultron and Namor will be relatively easy to come by soon enough. If you only want Rogers just go with the preorder you already have.

Read some War of Kings Darkhawk and you'll love the character!
Namor is the ultimate custom fodder and if you want a perect Namor (like I do) take the jacket and belt off the old Namor, paint the new one's leg's black and call it "awesome".

X-23 is another perfect buck (Buck- perverts!) so keep her too.
