Volstagg in particular is a ton of detail and Fandrall looks too much like the guy from Robin Hood: Men In Tights not to like! Hogun looks very close to his comic look with minor modification.

All look very nice next to Modern Thor.

I completely agree! I hate going into Ross unless I know there are confirmed sightings for a figure I want. That place is just....fail.

Yeah...nut I'm still going there in a bit- I'll lookk for the Mandarin (my Mandarin has no helmet or sword, as I bought it from that Chinese E-bay seller for $13).
Main;y I'm going to get some Chinese take-out from next door- Marshalls always drains my soul somehow....and no matter how dead they are when I go, it's 15-20 minutes to check out!

Nice work on the Future Foundation Dr. Doom Tiberius. I can't wait to see him with the rest of the group. I'm also excited for the Future Foundation Spider-man that is set to release next year. He should be coming with the newly added articulation.

On another note, I had some fun with my Fantastic Four setup with Dr. Doom and the Doombots.

Wow, someone's mad about this off topic stuff... Back on topic, I THINK my girlfriend managed to score me a Secret Wars 2 pack from her local comic store, because last time we went in there they were completely untouched and a bit dusty on the back of the shelf. Obviously not many MU collectors in Canterbury. Unfortunately she's not telling me specifics so I'm unsure if it's the one with Bulldozer and the Thing or Ultron and Mr. Fantastic!!!

Also gonna upload a picture later of my main shelf setup. Bad guys only! It's cool!!!

I was thinking the same thing this entire time on all of that BS that was said in a bunch of posts above and was waiting for a mod to chime in. I wouldnt close this thread as its the best thread on the entire sight and only give infractions out to those that are breaking the rules. $hit if I can get an infraction for something ridiculous then infractions can damn sure be handed out for some of those comments.

Easy and good looking...maybe a tad dark on the blue, but that's the color on the flag so....

Maybe Cap pads his costume- he's a lot more muscled as Captain America than as plain old Steve Rogers! LOL!

That's a Showdown Thor, which rocks the scale.
Overall I did not like the Showdown figs but this Thor (which I obtained from a fellow Arker) is amazing!
