Awesome! I've seen both versions around town a bit. Does anyone know which of these is more rare?

I found the Goliath vs Thor at a Walmart clearance too, though it wasn't in very good shape...

Great haul there Lord Marvel! That IM fig looks nice.
I went to one Ross, but there was only one IM2 figure and it wasn't any I recognized as wanted. I'm really looking for all you guys since I don't collect the series myself. I kinda want to see the hype behind UIM or Comic whiplash...

I keep finding figures I like in this series, but the packaging is so god-awful I can't make myself buy them. Beyond this one, are there any spectacular characters? I've seen a few Carnage, Venom tongue variants, and rhinos...

The first one I bought a long time ago for $16.99 at a local comic shop, lol. I opened him, and then found this one today at Target for $7.09. There was also three Steve Rogers, three X-23s, two Ultrons and three Namors.

Its so nice to see people finding Mandarin at Ross stores for $4.99. To me, it feels like a nice "Eff you!" to the scalpers on eBay...

The Hobgoblin has some decent parts on the fig, like the cape and torso, which could be combined with the MU version to make the best imo Hob fig.

Though removing the torso would be a b*tch and a half, I've swapped the capes, and I can tell you it looks solid.

Yeah but they seem less likely to fall apart and more likely to take a chewing from a dog better....unless the dog eats it of course, and then the point is just moot.

I just think the stretch strike venom should've been it's cool prototype counterpart instead.

Naa. I dont know where they got taht design from- for 99% of his comic life, he's looked exactly like the SW version.
That odd white pattern is out of nowhere too (correct me of i'm wrong Arkers!).

Hmmm...I should use the legs for a Super Skrull! Then sell "paraplegic Johnny" as a "Super rare SDCC variant prototype" on ebay for a thousand dollars, take that cash and buy 200 Sentinels and have a diorama of all the MU figures jsut surrounded by a sea of Sentinels!

Unlikely, but hey, dumber things happen all the damn time- some woman just won the Powerball because the clerk she bought the ticket from mispunched one number on her number list!
