Here you go Ronin. I used a Shield Agent body, of course, Red Star head and just some modeling clay and paint.

Not to call anyone dishonest- i think it's a great gag. But I still say it's a gag- I'm stubborn that way. Both of those Fury's look great- better by far than the actual MU version! Last edited by Jason Abbadon; 10-13-2011 at 10:57 PM.. |

Yes sir! To be more like the MU one, the jet pack from Duke works good as a...well jet pack.

Alright, I'm a bit over the whole Doom with no helmet crap. Decided to setup more Marvel vs. Capcom stuff.

I'm just saying I'll believe it when Toyark, Marvelousnews, CBR or anyone else has this scoop.

I apologize! I eat my hat with a side of crow!
Damn, but it's still nigh unbelievable that MU would use 25 year old art on a card that does not match the figure, for a figure with a Steve Rogers headswap and an accessory that the character never had. They might as well have given him Falcon's bird. Buh. What does this say about MU's direction? this is the second headswap with the upcoming the Ages of thunder Thor having yet another (Doc Samson). Not good. Now I have to get a digital subscription before al the Archangels are gone! |

Yeah, I meant that as the first headswap...
You know, they could have used a freakin' GI Joe at least! They own all hose molds too! It's bizarre. OTOH, there was an old What The? showing how many Avengers had blonde hair and blue eyes- that Rogers head works for Hawkeye, Hank Pym, USAgent....bunch of aryans! |

I had thought of sanding down Rogers' jawlines some and useing that head for Quasar, but the NYCC Star Wars stuff shows a great Luke that works better and does not look like Mark Hamil in the slightest!
SW haeds work for a lot of MU characters- I used Han Solo (again, not a good Harrison Ford likeness, but still a good sculpt) for Starlord and it looks pretty nice, if I do say so myself. |

It's an ESB Han- I'll dig up the body (no pun intended) and see which Han it was.
Hoth maybe- long sleeves for sure. This is the Luke that will be my Quasar (with the old Sub Mariner for a perfect body) ![]() |

That is a very different looking Luke. To many customs ideas, so little money/space/time/material/skill.
