CG images of Angel and Nighthawk at the slideshow panel- dont know if those are new.

Even as a avid marvel comics reader, i had no idea who this guy was. then i googled a picture of him. horrible. a japanese robot....we already have transformers. why hasbro.

anybody else hope Hasbro shows off some gigantic battles at NYCC? I dont expect any new reveals in the main MU line, unless they have finished prototypes of wave 3 2012(I doubt).
Maybe some new comic packs. I'd like to see some more 3packs too.

Still..it was designed to kill Godzilla (yes, Marvel had the liscence back in the early 80's) with the Shogun Warriors- they fought monsters from Monster Island (recently shown in Frankencastle and last month's X-Men).

Anyway, a crazy guy gets into the thing and goes a destroyi' New York and the Avengers have to take it out.
It's onle of my first Avengers issues and it was awesome in a Giant robot destroys everything" monster movie kinda way.

That being said, I was hoping we'd get Terminus and the High Evolutionary or Arishem and Makkari.
Or maybe the Living Monilith and Havok.
Sphinx and classic Nova.

Now what Hasbro needs to do to acomodate fans of MU and ML is release characters one year for one of the lines, and then rerelease those characters for the other line.
ML gets Fantomax, Hope, Madam Masque, Arnim Zola and Terrax first, MU better as HELL get them soon after.
and in Return, ML is getting Buckycap and steve rogers and daken and thunderball soon.

I agree with the coverage for mu. I'm waiting on pics on the upcoming ones they announced at the panel at sdcc. I was hoping they did the mock up prototypes for quasar, angel, puck and jubilee.

exactly. I mean ML gets 2 gallerys, and a gallery over at marvelousnews, while MU gets 1 at toyark and none at Marvelousnews. :/

that black widow from avengers is so bought though and i love seeing it over and over.

Looks like comic pack antman's helmet isnt removable.
you can tell by the seams and the eyes in the helmet. :/ shame. I'm tempted to get it, find a good head, and get out the dremel and drill

I still have my doubts... I would not be surprised it wasn´t removable... But there is a gap between the cheeks in this photo that gives me some hope...

If your talking about how I displayed his head: I just popped off the head and put quake hold to place his head so that he can look up. The head is resting on the ball joint. I trends to do that with most of the flying figures too since they are lacking the neck pivot.

What kind of joint is in MUs necks. (Never removed their heads) but if its a double barbell peg then you could always sand a dig out in the back of their neck. Thats what a lot of people did with MM Batman so he could look better riding the batpod.

I've thought about doing that but haven't gotten around to it. Let me know how it turns out if any of you decide to do it. I think noodlechow did a mod for this. He was also able to give his guys the rocker ankles as well. What he did with nightcrawler is great.
