Marvel 3.75" Appreciation Thread

to be honest, I dont see ML lasting. with the recent downturn for the DCUC line, turning into store exclusives and online exclusives, I see ML doing that. I mean a regular retail store just cant support 15 dollar figures. Look at the WWE Elites. slowly vanishing except for TRU. I mean, even the TRUs I've been to are CHOKED with ML 2packs.
and people expect greater quality, like the 2packs, but those were exclusive 2packs, course they would put more money to somthing at a store.

ML will have 3 waves, and then go into store exclusive and online exclusive, just like it did the first time with hasbro

Thats my rant, my last ML rant :P if I ever rant about ML again, I want to be banned for a week. lol

Make the comparison yourself. The mask sells it more than anything from what I can see. It looks to be open like a helmet, as Darkhawk is closed like a mask.

Wow i never heard of Talon, but then i havent read anything since Civil War really, Seeing as how this would be a character and not a variant but uses the same mold minus the helmet, i can see why hasbro said there isnt a Darkhawk variant...because its not Darkhawk

I kinda disagree with you. I mean DC figures are still being sold in stores (we are supposed to get new info from NYCC about the 6in retail line). Also Walmart has taken to carrying them again. It is far to easy to nitpick the bad. Like I could point out the outrage over MUs starting to reuse heads! But I like MUs so I wont

It drives me crazy with GI joe. I hate seeing toys and thinking the same guy just changed his shirt and name. :/

Anyone else here spot Sentinels at Wal-Mart?! It was an odd find I'll tell ya.

Stumbled across X-23 and Rogers but passed. Sloppy paints on both. Especially X's face...so much black paint smearing.

I havent bothered to check walmart. My TRUS are overtocked with sentinels. I am having a hell of time finding a good painted X-23

One of the Targets I hit today, all three pegs were just jammed full of Falcons. People round here really don't want this figure it seems. I mean I've seen quite a few Falcons at other places as well.

Definitely gonna be hard to get new stock in for those who do collect this line.

Example, ROC Charbroil has a 25th Cobra chrome head. But it's got a different helmet.

Falcon is just not a character that creates a large fan reaction. I have been needing a ML non variant falcon for years. Just dont care enough to pick him up :/

I find it surprising how easy the sentinel is to find. I guess its good seeing as I dont care about Fin Fang Foom so maybe I can just get a couple sentinels till next year.
