Thanks for the feedback guys. I've been on a customizing hiatus as of lately due to other things going on but I plan on continuing with my left over projects (x force vanisher, emma frost, cyber, aoa x force nightcrawler). I can't take credit for the odin helmet from minimates idea. I got that from another arker here and sorry if I forgot who it was. You only have to cut out the peg inside the helmet and cut off the hair on the helmet with an exacto blade. Last edited by Symbiote; 10-21-2011 at 11:33 AM.. |

				 | Quote: man I wish my camera was working,I finished my Doom custom using steve rogers head and it looks pretty cool which is saying alot being I am way over critical of my customs, the scar turned out good when I added a coat of red(light coat) over the flesh tone and then I bought some folk art coffee bean brown for the hair, the only tricky thing with the hair is the hairline surrounding the face,in some parts there is a hint of yellow but it is very slight, not going to stress over it,I saved myself ALOT of $ by doing a simple yet effective custom,I recommend this custom to any of you who want that over priced sub figure, now the gauntlet is another story but whatever. oh btw,its good to see some of the MUtants from the tank over here again, sup wii and evil \m/ Great work symbiote LOVE those gates need to pick them up myself. |

Buyer beware when it comes to customizing. It opens up the toy hunting experience where you'll go down the aisle and see some jabronie figure and say to your self, I could take that head mold and use it to make ________. Its a rather fun hobby and having the tools to fix/improve your figures is satisfying. Sometimes the smallest accessory or mod makes a huge difference to a figure.
