I just like the Gliders on the Spider Man ones more, be fun to add some missiles with pumpkin tips on them or something. They look more mechanical than a slab of metal.

check out the ebay seller Marvelstore81, he sells loose figures starting at .99cents and $5-6 normally to ship but the more you buy the more you save to the point its like 50-60% off shipping and free bonus figures he's had some of these on there and they don't all sell so u could get it for a couple bucks.

Sorta thesame articultion but the Spidey Line Goblin is too small- only about 3.25" tall.
My LCS has him loose for $5 but I pass becaus he's too tiny.
I'll pick up the MU version one day...maybe.
I definitely need the MU Hobgoblin- that's the original version, not the current asshat character.

God, Amazing Spider-Man is a crap comic these days.

One could also get both goblins from MU and Spider-man line, just think of them as Goblin I (Norman) and Goblin II (Harry)

Wowser's where's that at? Just visiting Fiance from another state for the long weekend. Went to this collectible warehouse, man was it crazy packed with Action Figures. Took one pic though, but the prices were a bit reasonable. Picked up a Yellow Jacket/Ant Man and Constrictor for 10 each, so not really on the scalping price. He was more reasonable than the other seller's there. I'll post a pic up soon! Also if you paid in cash no charge on sales tax. I talked to the guy he says he orders his online so who knows on how certain mass seller's get their inventory.

I'll probably hit it up again during X-Mas.

I was at a toy show where there was a seller buying other sellers MU figures, and then marking it up and selling it at HIS booth. His booth, which rumor had it, was stocked with store-bought figures. The collectible market is full of assholes.

i have a collectors shop nearby that charges the same prices for MU. i refused to buy warbird ms. marvel or thanos for 25. also, i have that star wars poster in the back lol. Whats sad is that these guys probably judge their prices by what sellers are charging on ebay.

seems most LCS's regular price for MU is around $12,but I can remember one here trying to sell a whole wave the cable wave for $19 each.

Keep this photo- then that store goes out of business, tell the owner that their shitty prices were the reason.
They cold sell the damn figs for $10-11 and still be making three buck on each fig- and that crap about chrging more for variants...

Botcott that store- I'd rather wait for an Arker hookup than support that kind of scalping.

I agree jason, these LCS are going a bit overboard with prices,I know they have to cover shipping and all but out right scalping is like spitting in the customers face imo.

NOt the good ones though- Tate's Comics sells their MU stuff for ten bucks- that's only two dollars above local retail- and no driving required!
My own LCS, CJ's Comics sold me all his loose MU figs for $5 a piece- including Black Panther, Captain America and a Silver Surfer- which I traded to other Arkers that needed them.

It's just that some comics stores are short-sighted: sacrificing long term customer loyalty for a quick buck.

CJ's hooks me up with loose toys and knows me- and I give him about a grand a year in loyal business in return. A hundred customers like me and he's doing really great for his overhead.
Anyone that asks me, I tell them to go to CJ's- every time.

My LCS won't even stock MU. Except for Galactus. I'd almost rather see them sell them at inflated prices than not at all.

my lcs is overloaded with MU right now, its at 12 or 13.99 a piece right now and no one is clearly buying them. I had to really work my words to get him to sell me luke cage for 10. there was a 20% for em this weekend and.....still too much for nothing particularly rare or needed.

Hey all,

i'm a new member and joined due to this thread and the Marvel Universe toyline, i'm a big Transformers fan and always been a Hulk and Marvel fan to a lesser extent. Recently delved into the world of Marvel Universe with my first 5 figures. I will post pics when i receive them all but as of now i only have the Extremis Iron man and love it.

I've looked through this whole thread and loved all the pics and thought this thread seemed like a nice place to discuss released figures and upcoming figures.

So basically, Hi

Can't wait to get the new Modern Iron Fist next month so I can try it on him.

I think the articulation and detail for their size is amazing, only problem i'm having is finding a Hulk i like to fit with the others, i've got the wave 2 2009 Green Hulk coming but the look is slightly off imo, i also have an eye on the new 2012 Hulk but fear it may be too small for my tastes. I'll wait and see how the wave 2 Hulk scales for now but i may end up going to the 6 inch scale for my Hulk.
