They need a Gwen Stacy, Aunt May, and JJJ three pack for the new SpiderMan flick, but in Classic MU style. Like a comic series deal.

Although I am making a JJJ right now........just bought the parts.
Cool Ideas.
I was thinking you could use Zombie viper as an unmasked deadpool.

Speaking of 20.00 a figure, why the heck is MU Hobgoblin up there? Was he a rare figure to find in the wild when he was released?

Same thing could apply to the entire spiderman line. I never liked awful costumes for superheros. Spiderman does not need aqua armor or samurai stuff. But I think the old 90s batman animated series line was the worst about variations of batman. Some of the action figures were just awful

Anywho, made cards, they are ok. Smallest thing I have ever painted. Wasn't fun, but was worth it until I can get better ones.

*snip*
Looks good to me!

I just left Naples heading back to Fort Lauderdale, just before I hit the road I checked a TRU and saw this 8 inch Destroyer armor. $9.99

It was fresh stock today as I was just there last night. Looks like 7 Thors and 1 Destroyer is the case, judging by what was there.

Now that I'm 30 miles away on the Alligator Alley I wished I'd have picked it up for my MU collection. Damn.

Maybe they will start showing up again....

I shot my last wad on a Cyberverse Shockwave that had been eluding me for months.....

he was a pegwarmer big time around here MONTHS ago and picked up one for a buddy before I got fully in to the line. Now I just bought the one I was missing last night on eBay (bomb by lowered hand)

Ditto. I remember dozens at a time on the pegs per WalMart. I'm content with my Green Goblin, plus I imagine the Hobgoblin from the Spidey line should be hitting discount stores by spring.......

That's an awesome idea! Perfect for those 1000's of classic MU Iron Men clogging pegs across the country.

When I was on a business trip to Washington state, the little town I was staying in had three pegs of him and him alone in their Walmart. None of the packaging was incredible, but they were all usable Hobby figures. The Spider-Man Hobby is a lot more easy to find these days...

i saw that destroyer once. Once i realized it really had no articulation, i couldn't figure out why people wanted him. is it because of scale?

Pretty much. I held him up to the Thor 3 3/4 figs and was like "Is Niiiiice....."

If I see him in my town I'll grab him. My collection is Thor ancillary character deficient.

If you want movie accurate then you get the 8'' version, plus his range of motion does suck, but to be fair he doesn't move a whole hell of a lot in the movie just moves his head to kill people and walks around. He fits in great with the movie figures. If you want a comic accurate scale then you go for the 3.75'' scale which if you read comics thor and destroyer are identical size and height. Also the smaller Destroyer could be used to make a Thorbuster Iron Man suit!
