Dude- Joes heads are the shit for SHIELD agents- Hydra goons are fine with the heads they have, generally...but some Cobra goons like croc master look perfect as Hydra baddies.
I do have one Hydra goon with a Cobra Firefly head (which looks good)- as I'm useing his head as the base for a Paladin custom!

Those smaller Hydra guns look great in black with some detail drybrushed on...

Hulk and Modok both ate the chilli special at the MU diner.
Modok's flying toilet is the whole reason those AIM guys wear rebreather bucket helmets...when the stench gets too much, they can take off their helmet and puke in it.

There was a really good story with Omega Red hunting down MODAM while also fighting Iron Man..and yeah- Red got beat down too.

I considered making a MODAM from the old Iron Man series MODOK figure- it's smaller than the BAF version and just needs some pink paint for the lips and big tenticle arms instead of puny normal arms.
