Possible quotations for this ^ picture? (If Iron Fist had aimed a little lower)
- "Ain't nothing like a Chi-punch to the ol' Ham Wallet!"
- "(Inner) Fire-Crotch!"
- "Calm down Storm, its faster than a wax job!...burns a little more though..."

And with that, I will take my mind right out of the gutter! ;P
Very nice. I hope that story line doesn't disappoint...

Nice job there. I did the same thing. You can put her on the giant man skrull's shoulders. I like that look. Or fighting ronin with a bow.

His listing is so misleading. He does say preorder in there but also says "JUST RELEASED! BRAND NEW!" Whatever

my first post! lol, im actually a beginner at MU collecting (or any collecting)..as in I got my first figures yesterday ( first haul was Ultron, Captain Marvel, Greatest Battles Thor/Ironman). I was really excited and im looking forward to furthering my collection. I've read through a lot of posts and this seems like a great community, so I'm hoping you guys wouldnt mind helping a rookie out . Something I've decided though is that i'd like to have one definitive figure for each character. However I know there are a lot of wolverines, spider-men, iron men etc..and was wondering which figure you guys think are the best of each one? thanks in advanced and just writing this made me excited for next weekend's hunt

welcome aboard! for wolverine, you should definity get astonishing wolvie for a modern costume and first class two wolvie for the classic brown and tan. For Iron Man, its whichever era of comics you prefer. Series 3 modular iron man is the go to for his modern look.

Welcome aboard!

These would me some of my recommendations.

Spider-Man - Comic 2-Pack with Captain Britain

Wolverine - Astonishing costume from last year's release. Brown and Tan the First Class comic 2-pack with Sabertooth.

Hulk - WW Hulk or the new one coming out later this year.

Iron Man - Hard to say as it depends on which suit you want him in. You said you got the Thor/Iron Man pack and those are two great versions of each of them. The Iron Man 2 series probably is best if you want some of his classic armors. Just depends on what versions you want.

Daredevil - The one in the 2-pack with Bullseye

Captain America - depends on the version you want but I'd say most of the best ones are in the movie line. Disadvantage there is that most don't come with a normal shield but a gimmick one.

Cyclops - The Jim Lee version is pretty sweet if you like that costume otherwise I really like the First Class one but the others are pretty much all the same.

thanks everybody for the warm welcome and help. I'll definitely check out lord marvel, peterparker and wolverine.

i've heard the astonishing wolverine is a good figure so i'm going to keep my eye out for him, and thanks guys for the heads up on the brown/tan wolvie fig.

i've seen the WW hulk and he does look really good but i may wait on the one that's coming out this year.

i am pretty happy with the iron man i have now so if i see the mod 3 one i'll decide on it then.

i'll keep my eye out for those spidey and DD packs, thanks!

and yea i guess i'll have to decide on Cap whenever i see him.

thanks again everyone for all the welcome and help, much appreciated.

Jerzey...a proper forum initiation is you have to post a pic of some MU stuff you are buzzing about right now...or whatever you have figure-wise partying or fighting...

All this talk about Bug makes me want all the Micronauts.

At 3.75" scale they would have to sit with my Legends, lol

Dudes, I came across this phoenix sculpture and wonder how it looks with Dark Phoenix beneath. This fiery bird poses in a very unique flying stance. Very different from the usual birds standing upright that we usually see with past Dark Phoenix figures. I'm not sure if its made of clear resin. But the whites of its eyes can use some painting over with red or yellow. 50 bucks. 7.5 inches tall 9.5 inches wide. Here's the link. Post pics if you do get one. Amazon.com: Phoenix Figurine Tom Wood Collectible Cold Cast Resin Statue: Home & Kitchen

Looks like it'd look good. I could see it being used easily, though I'm not sure anyone would commit to buyin' it just for jean, not unless they were really dedicated to displaying her.
