I appreciate the Avengers! Shout outs to LM, peteparker, shortysben, and fancypants who contributed to my humble collection! If I only had Scar Jo and Renner, this would be complete...

I figure this is as good a place to ask as any, can anyone help hook me up with the "Family Dollar Variant" Thor?

He's been my new holy grail figure for awhile and I've had no luck finding him anywhere..... :/

If anyone can, I'd really appreciate it.

I love how vibrant his colors are, and the blue wash they gave his armor. Not to mention his awesome lightning charged hammer....GOD I wish I could find this figure!

Hmm... never seen these before. Just checked eBay... looks like Thor's the hardest to find in general.

Do these things have like, limited articulation? Or is it just that Spidey looks like he's supposed to have a Dick In a Box action feature?

The Family Dollar variants are slight color variants to 2 figures Captain America (which was lighter in color) and Thor, who much like his SDCC ML counterpart has the "glowing" Mjölnir hammer. The stores are in the Mid and Eastern United States if im remembering correctly from way back when I was looking for them.

They're different. There's a Spidey, Cap, and Iron Man. All three are figures that came with vehicles in previous movie lines and the Spidey line. They come on smaller cards and are a few bucks less than the real MU wave they got back in Dec that included the Cap and Thor variants... not all FD stores got the variants though.. some got the regular versions.

Need another Blob too. I know he's not a major villain, but we that want to make some "fatty" customs need our fodder.
