For the most part, deaths in the Marvel Universe mean nothing. They come back within' the year, maybe 2-3 [give or take a few characters].

I dont think he's ever really returned- there was a Skrull that thought he was the real thing in secret Invasion, but aside from a short story where Thanos brought him back with the Reality Gem and had a conversation before returning him to oblivion.

Graviton was manipulated by the Mandarin into useing his powers to kill himself by pulping his own brain, then was autopsied by SHIELD and incinerated.

Chaos King brought him back (at least in that line of comics he was brought back). Then he died. Then [SPOILERS] the Kree brought him back to fight the Phoenix in Avengers vs Xmen, so he's currently kicking around. But who knows for how long. [END SPOILERS]

Well, I think it's going to be more of a collaborative effort between Marvel and Hasbro, with Marvel giving hints to them as to what they may be doing in future cartoons and movies, and Hasbro trying to work along those lines.

I can tell you that if a GotG movie is going to be made, there's more GotG figs on the way...

Actually i went on their website yesterday morning and when i searched the 3 pack they said they didnt carry it anymore o_O

and i appreciate the offer, but i dont want you to make the trip if you dont have to, it's all good bro.

and that sounds good. as long as Hasbro keeps releasing some lesser known characters...I dont want them to start thinking that releasing even MORE Iron-man, Wolverine, and Spidey figs, is a good idea..
