Probably walmart. TRU still has tons of back stock to work through. CPs showed up because as an exclusive they go everywhere whether they have CP stock or not. The single carded figures aren't so lucky.

It usually goes Walmart, then target, then TRU with BBTS and other online retailers usually before walmart or inbetween walmart and target. Sometimes Target gets them fast though too. Really depends on the area and which of the two did renovations more recently.

Store renovations usually mean they get the newer stock faster.

Thanks! I cant decide if I'm happy with the head or not. The hair piece is just something I had laying around my parts bin. Its from some girls pixie figure line from a couple years back. I was really just trying to avoid sculpting hair. I don't know. What do you all think? Keep it the way it is or redo it?

Did you have to soak it or did it just rub off? Also, it's hard to tell from the picture but did it rub off his frosted look as well?

No. Don't soak it. You'll likely melt the figure. Just dab a q-tip in the acetone and rub over the area you want the paint removed. You'll go through several q-tips as you want to get rid of the q-tip as soon as it gets dirty otherwise you'll just start spreading paint around. And don't rub too long or use too much acetone. You can melt the plastic.

Thanks for the tip. I probably would have ruined the thing if I had just gone with trial and error.

I have this figure in my "junk box". Haven't really looked at it in a couple of years. Might have to dig it out and see if I want to replace the lack luster classic Thor I currently have out on display with my Avengers...

the purple swimsuit is more retro while the white is the more modern styling

Thanks for the tip. I'm starting to somewhat army build iceman now.

@Fallen69lee04: Have you done a Ultimate version of Iceman yet? I think it was you who did Ultimate Wolverine and Cyk. Great job on those two, BTW.

Damn now I am tempted to also buy him on ebay. Just that picture itself too has me lurking ebay auctions for showdown beast. I really hope Hasbro does a variant for the 90's. They must know that they set it up that way. I'm also expecting a Red She Hulk too in the future.

Funny how we all were begging for new MU a month ago and now we are just getting hit with new stuff. However, my wallet doesn't appreciate it. I'm anxiously checking my mail from here on out for my BBTS wave 18. I finally get to have a completed picture of Astonishing X-Men, update my spidey display, cosmic space display, and new sculpted hulk.

Damnit, another item to lurk on ebay for. Nice picture LM.

Comparison shot of She Hulk. She's in beast mode compared to the typical woman mold. I'm tempted to do a she hulk version but know that hasbro will eventually do one. I also kind of don't want to use the old mold for future woman customs since the new molds are sooo kick ass!!!!
