I hear ya. I just don't want to get Bag-Man instead of FF Spidey but that should be easy enough to trade. The other Spidey I don't care which one I get.

If shipping on a single figure didn't make it cost like $15 minimum then ebay might be reasonable for normal purchases. Since the preorder doesn't ship till September that gives me some time to see if these things will hit retail here in mass (or not) and go on sale, in which case I can cancel the preorder. I miss going into stores and finding new stuff

I'm all about picking up the bag man, so hit me up if you get one and want to get rid of it.

Toywiz has ultimate spidey, blk and red costume 8.99....

Because if you buy a case from most, you might get 2 of the same spidey, and no variant...

It comes to like 15 bucks...I hate tracking down them...And you won't find them on ebay for less then 20-25$..

Also I noticed on my online banking that the payment has been withdrawn and is still pending. But the amount is higher than what it should have been by 7-8 bucks. It could just be the purchase grouped with another and wont show until posted into my main account page. But it is listed as a BBT transaction. Has anyone else had this issue?
not at all dude i just checked my online banking and had made my pre-order earlier im good still says payment will be taken when it ships but im good on my account what else did you order with it. If they have any other item you ordered then thy take out what they have but ship it all when pre-order is ready.

Expensive is a subjective term. In the end, collectors pay.

$15 for that fig MOC shipped is not a bad price at all.

Except that revision case has no repeats. My LCBS will likely have Miles for $12.99, maybe even tomorrow. I would buy that if I saw it.

hurmmm..... debating getting that revision case but september or so might be too long of a wait. also kinda want that bag head spidey which will likely be in the first shipments. already have Beta Ray Bill and Beast pre-ordered with Smalljoes and i may pre-order a first shipment version of FF Spidey in the hopes that it's a variant. or..... wait for retail where i already missed out on the Hulk/Wolverine pack at Target. also might potentially be relying on the good folks on here.

I was talking more about stuff like the Cyclops Jean Grey First Class 2 pack going for 40 bucks when they are peg warming TRU right now for retail.

Why is that particular variant so cheap? Kinda confusing. I ordered two, one for my collection and another for my buddy Starscream-99, but if it's just regular Ult. Spidey in the package and no variant, I'm hella returning them.

Just seems odd, every other figure that's basically gonna possibly pegwarm is going for morethan twelve bucks, but this Miles Morales variant is retail priced.

Still, I'll take a chance, nothin' to lose anyways, pay with PayPal.

I've had no problem with Toywiz in the past..They have always sent me what is pictured...But idk why he's so cheap compared to the others...Maybe in the past they probably got stuck with a grip of extra spideys....I'm jumping on it incase he becomes rare...Look at Astral Strange...He shipped first, and goes for a pretty penny now...Just not taking that chance with MU anymore....Getting them on pre-order is the best way to avoid ebay and their scalper prices...

For all you dudes buying up all the Laufey's, keep me in mind. Check my trade list. I have a lot of variants and stuff of that nature.

Yeah, I've dealt with Toywiz once too prior to what I picked up a few moments ago. If only their prices were that reasonable on the rest of the stuff though. I don't see Beast being all that hard to find, but $18.99? Nah, dawg. Even at $9.99, I'd pick up all the ones I want right then and there, but their pricing has always been abit higher than usual for stuff that's sittin' in shelves right now. I'm more or less talkin' about their Halo stuff. Their Halo breakdown is, odd... Like, the hard to find figures are priced at around twenty five to thirty, I get that, they'll be rare and only one per case. Give eBay the middle the finger, and go with them, however their basic figures that clog up the pegs, same price. W-w-wha-?

Ya know what we need? We need a "Going to the store, anyone want anything?" thread, haha.

Why laugh? It is a great idea! No different then trading or buying stuff to sell. Then we all would know what is the best thing to buy! Why not go start a thread for that?

Most of my good idea threads end up locked or deleted, I think it could work. Making a small shopping list, paypal money in advance if the member is trustworthy enough. There is a ton of room for error, but at the same time, it'd be pretty streamlined. Especially with smartphones that let us update what we find and don't.

kinda seems like it would be one big B/S/T but I suppose there's no harm in starting one for those who are willing to pick up extra stuff (pretty much anything new on the pegs someone here will want)

Oh yeah, smartphones! Still using the old flip-phone here. :P But I guess living close enough to the store or using a iTouch at a store with wifi would work to.

Different idea with the prepay thing, even trustworthy people can turn. But then that what the smartphone is for, right? So you can email them right from the store and they could pay you right then too.
