Different idea with the prepay thing, even trustworthy people can turn. But then that what the smartphone is for, right? So you can email them right from the store and they could pay you right then too.

Well, my friends and I have a system already, hahaha, goin' full on nerdlinger here. We join a Skype group-chat with close friends that're international wise and I text those in the US that I'm basically entering a store. Sometimes we even ping eachother on some tapatalk forums and Facebook that we checked into a TRU or Walmart. then if it's me, I set a budget, like $80, the list flows in, I looked, and get back to those who's items we find. It's my way of giving the middle finger to scalpers. We're good at it though, so much that we've been labeled scalpers ourselves. been called that a few times, I don't even know why people are so quick to judge when I've gathered hard to find items for my friend and her son.

i've been labelled a scalper by people who have no idea who i am, so i empathize. middle finger to judges.

in regards to the hunt, the worst part for me is the time elapsed from the moment i park to the moment i enter the toy aisle. haha. that's the most nerve-wracking walk ever.

Man that revision wave from BBTS is sweet , almost tempted to go ahead and put an order in but knowing Hasbro's QC issues , seeing these things and cherry picking the best one with paint apps is the way for me to go with.

Im probably seen as a scalper by the employees of this one Target I usually frequent to since Im there evey Tuesday and Thursday morning after I get off after work.

Dude, I think anyone who goes into a toy aisle who isn't a mom or a child is automatically seen as a scalper by most. Does it matter? Hail, nah. It's become a habit to me though. Sometimes I'm not even looking for anything and I just go down the toy aisle. It's an addiction, like using the restroom to take a massive dump at every grand opening of a new business. I never realized it till my cousin said to me that why do I always have to be the first one to break in the new porcelain like there's no tomorrow at every grand opening we go to. First I thought about it, then I: "OH SHI-!" Had no idea I did that.

Ok so I hoping you guys can help me out here.

Like many of you, I pre-ordered the new MU wave with Beta Ray Bill from BBT a couple of months ago. A few days ago I received a confirmation that they had the wave in stock and would be processing my order in the next few days. So I checked my bank account and they did in fact process the payment. But when I checked my account just now the money was back in my account and noting from BBT in ether my pending or posted statuses. I check my BBT account on their site and it says it's still in the warehouse..?

has anyone else had this problem or know what the hell is going on here?

Has anyone received this wave from BBT yet?

I'm really freaking confused here!!?

sorry bub, no idea. Mine went as it normally does. In Warehouse/processing then shipped. (I never really check my statements though). Some people have an ETA of today (Wed.) and mine will be delivered Friday.

That's weird...Same thing happend to me..I orderd some extras,but my whole order kept saying it was declined...knowing damn well I had the funds there...After talking with BBTS they said it was my Bank not taking payment,not them...So I call my card holder,and they tell me I shouldn't be doing transaction with them,and they won't authorize any further payments to them..weird...Never had a problem with bank or them before in the 5 years I've delt with them..Idk what's going on..Maybe they have a shady person working for them that stealing money out of bank acc..IDK...I just thought it was strange...That's why I orderd my extras from toywiz,and I got a case from my LCS.....

the money out once you recieve yer item.

So after they ship and I receive it they'll charge me?

I've been ordering from BBT for years now and I have never had this issue. I had enough money in my account so I have no idea what's going on. I want my shit. I should have been getting it Friday like others.

Now I'm sad and mad...

I'm going to be making some phone calls in the morning.

Picked up 2 more Avengers Skrulls , makin it 4 avengers skrulls and 1 custom MU super skrull, I think that should be good unless they hit clearance and I will pick up some more.

I totally agree man... When I'm walking the green mile I have so many thought rushing through my head. It's weird, i'll try and prepare myself for disappointment but then I start feeling like I'm jinxing myself. I start looking at other shoppers as if they may be after my shit. yeah i bought a figure from them and within two days my money was back in my account. i dont know about yer case though..im just sharing my expirience with bigbullshittoyscalper. i mean bigbadtoystore.

Yea that's what they told me....A lot of ppl were getting charged for stuff that wasn't even orderd I guess....And they had to go to court or something for all the disputes....

Now I don't know if the guy was an idiot,or just didn't know what the fuck he was talking about...But now I have to use another bank card for my orders in the future...

I did go into a TRU once in full-on costume. (I work with a cosplay group spending time with sick children as a Red Lantern) Employees were just scared shitless. Think they were gonna call the National Guard on my ass. I took off the mask and everything, they just don't see that quite often.
