Just so we're all on the same page I AM a dude lol! I just really love me some Jean/phoenix. And all my fave male characters were taken for Scythe's project. So commence on referring to me as dude, bro, etc ha! Sorry if I burst anyone's bubble. Btw I too don't know any female collectors. |

				 | Quote: Once he sold his whole collection on ebay and the shipping cost him more then he got for the lot. He's off and on. He's an addict, in good times he collects and I guess does drugs but can maintain. In bad times he's stealing and selling everything he can to get high. I'm not against all drugs, but crack, meth, and shit like that is just stupid and life destroyers. Some stores will give you store credit and you can only do so many w/o a receipt

I'm not sure exactly how it went down. He may have made a profit or taken a loss, but this was in the early days of ebay and I think he underestimated shipping. We're talking a good sized lot of 6" figures, vehicles, and a playlet. Ether way it went down he was not happy.

				 | Quote: Love it. Works well as a background for me since I have all my desktop icons confined to the sides. The few random items that were in the middle vanished pretty easily lol. Quote: Lucky! I want frosty the fire man! I love how versatile a Skrull army can be with just a couple of customs and kitbashes. The Heroclix Sentinels are pretty decent stand-ins for the smaller versions. I think they are about 5"-6" but no articulation. Quote: That is hardcore, plastic crack for real crack. I relate too though as none of my friends are into figures much. A few have them of their favorite character to go with the statues and such but no one I know collects a whole line.

My haul for the day. Iron Spidey and Loose Hawkeye came from FancyPants. Xavier School Wolvy came from SquirtleSquad7. The rest was from Walmart and Target. If anyone needs the on-card Hawkeye figs, let me know. I only grabbed them to see if anyone on here needed them. Otherwise, they're going back to Wally World on Wednesday. Iron Fist is also for sale/trade (cost+shipping), and so is the Wolvy/Hulk 2 pack (since I already got one from Exodus last week). Yeah yeah, I know... Yes I bought that hotwheels truck. It's for my son - it looks really cool to me and I know he'll love it because it's a Monster truck! |

No, it's like this, when I go to a Marvel movie with any of them, I have to explain everything. They know nothing of comics or collecting. If it wasn't for the Marvel Movies, they wouldn't know what Marvel was.

Yeah, that sounds like my wife. I have a few good friends that at least read some comics and know what is what. Sad part is they all live 3000 miles away now.
