So I sent Toynk an email asking for pics of the accident, and offering to buy just the head of a baghead Spidey, otherwise I would go on in my assumption that this was a scam to drive traffic to their site.

Here's their response:

"I am sorry you do not believe us, do what you feel is necessary. We are reputable business that sells on Ebay, Amazon, HSN, Sears, Newegg and many other websites including 3 of our own. We wish this was a scam, it would cost us less and time and money. We certainly don't have the time on our hands to waste for a couple of bucks to do what you are stating. Sorry you are disappointing, good news is you never have to order from us again then. Try and have a better day. Thanks"


I added the bold... but the bottom line is now, not only do I think they are scam artists, I also think they are douchebags as well. I would encourage everyone to avoid Toynk.
