Plus he had mad cool costumes imho of course

They were a team so cool, with writing so great and charcaters that worked so well together that Marvel of course cancelled it.
Captain Britian, Peter Wisdom, the Black Knight, Spitfire, Blade, Megan and the new weilder of Excalibur- vs Mother-loving DRACULA and thousands of Marvel vampires- the horrible undead kind, not the sparkly sissy kind.
Oh, they kill a bunch of Skrulls too.

One of these things is not like the other and I don't mean in the obvious way. Sounds like a great line up but blade seems odd

Well, he showed for two reasons later in the series- First was Dracula making a move to invade England and set up a vampire nation and second was Spitfire is a vampire!
After she got her powers, back in WWII from a blood transfusion from the original Human Torch (crazy, I know!), she was bitten by the original Baron Blood (her cousin, and Union Jack's undead nazi brother).
She' been a vampire ever since WWII, explaining why she never aged a day, but her powers and unique body chemistry drove off all the bad effects- she's not undead, has no problem with sunlight or silver or whatever and just gained extra powers ....and a thirst for blood.
In the MU, Dracula can mind-control most any vampire to be loyal to him and while Blade was trying to make certain Spitfire did not become a super powered enemy that no one could handle (i.e. stake her), he fell in love with her (they have a simmular situation).

Somewhere in tthere, they're a showdown between Doctor Doom and Dracula- on the freakin moon.

Seriously, Captain Britain & MI-13 is such a great book. Great writing from Paul Cornell and terrific art from Leonard Kirk. He did vampires right. Plus, he made both Captain Britain and the Black Knight extra badass.

I really want that classic MU Black Knight to come out, but I'd love to see the Captain Britain & MI-13 version too.
And of course, I'm dying for that Dracula to come out. Classic style.

Hmmm...you could probably make a nice BL head from the Cap line carded Captain Britian's head- the helmet is already right in the eyes, and the rest is just some sculpting detail work. And sanding. Some cursing.

I was just thinking before posting in that I should take a Wonderman body/arms with Steve Rogers legs and a Renegades Duke head and make a better scaled version of the awesome MI-13 Captain Britian maskless costume. It kills me how they chumped him in Secret Avengers! Just like they did Nova and Moon Knight!

The classic Dracula can be sharply made from a suited Destro (or MIB figure) with a (second) Namor head- just add in a short cape like from a Hobgoblin- someone here really made a killer custom that way (it's in that forum).

One of my favorite fights was in a 90's spiderman & X-Men comic, and Wolverine took on Carnage with his bone claws. Carnage just ate them, lol. I love the idea of Wolverine fighting Carnage for some reason.
