I'll stick with the one from the IM2 pack. Don't know if I even want Avengers Fury for Blade now...

Just started collecting ... I think my focus is mainly on the variants. I don't know why they appeal to me so much, must be because some are hard to find. More to come hopefully

My current collection:

Series 1
007 Human Torch Flame-On

Series 2
021 Iron Spider-Man Translucent Variant

Series 3
024 Absorbing Man Steel Variant

Frank N Sons is scalp city, you would think that they would have good prices since everyone is trying to out sell everyone, nope the prices get more expensive the further you walk in. To boot they charge you $5 to use a credit card, most only deal in cash so they can make sure they can still collect there welfare check while not showing gains.

Welcome! That's a great way to start. Get figures like that before their prices are too high. If you ever want any suggestions on good figures to get or versions of a character we'll all help you out.

Since we are on the topic of variants...whats the dif between reg and variant darkhawk? I've been trying to find it in pictures but I just can't see a difference. Although it doesn't help people say its a variant even when its not.

Different paint, lighter blue, the mask is suppose to be different, ect. I am assuming we will see it sooner or later in a revision wave.

My appreciation...I wanted to go big but instead they fell down. I think it was Multiple Man that started the domino effect. My favorite version of each character done in the MU standard bucks. Try and enjoy anyway

Oh, and thanks for all the comments about Sable! Always much appreciated.

I'll wait to see if anyone else gets one from them and it's complete, and it;s just the pictured fig that's derped.

I did buy something from them this time around though, so thanks for the heads up.

I did too, but I stop by weekly mostly because I work Saturday nights and Frank and Sons is on my way to work. Makes a nice pre-work pit stop, and there are some very friendly dealers there, especially in aisles 700 & 800 that sell a lot of MU stuff that you can tell enjoy collecting.

Though I will admit I have met some very unfriendly dealers that you know do it for the profit too there.

I think I still have the extra Wrecker head if you want it- I dont recall any issues with it.

I totally would JA, if I had an extra Wrecker, and had some AIM soldiers, and was any good at customizing.

I don't doubt that there are nice guys. I also don't think there's anything wrong with making a profit although I've heard that some sellers there really go overboard with their pricing. I just don't think highly of the place because of all the bad stories that I've heard. As I said before, I'll probably visit, especially to see Stan Lee and get something signed. However, I don't think I'll be buying much there.
