I remember seeing some all black ones which look awesome. I forget who posted it. Either LM or SH0CK I think. I could be wrong. Someone also posted a comparison pic a few days ago as well, but I'm too lazy to search for that right now. This thread moves so fast that I'd have to go through 30+ pages just to find it. Speaking of this thread, it's been awfully slow today on here. Is there a game on or something?

Not having eBay is a double edged sword. At one end, I miss out on a lot of stuff I could get. On the other, I know for a fact I'd spend far too much, and be really upset when an auction doesn't go my way or if I ever got outbid, lol

I really need to go check it out for myself as well. Basically, it's a swap meet that only has collectibles and none of the other crap.
Yeah, its cool if you go just to hang out and go with the notion you may not leave with anything if you didn't find it.

One of these days I'd love to meet up with some Arkers from LA over there just to talk shop. If anyone is down for that, let me know.

So me and another collector went to TRU this morning stood in live for about 15min, opened, went in and found nothing, well kinda. So we did our rounds and got to the MU section and they had 2 pegs full of wave 18, and some random figures like series one spiderman x2, Thor x2, and Falcon x2. And I said wait a sec this is wave 19 figures and figured I would ask because the pegs were full and maybe they had the rest in the back. So I counted and they had 15 figures and asked the associate to see if there are more figures and they proceed to tell me they can only see how many and i was like cool hoe many, 31 on the floor. 31 I only counted 15, so I go ask a manger who is shady have run into him before telling people to go to the local scalp shop who could not find things, so anyways he says well they have to be on the floor somewhere. So after telling him he looks in the back and nothing, and then tells us that its a mistake in the computer!!! So when i get home I count 2 of the 19 cases and the missing figures and it comes out to 31, what do you know!!!!

Toys R Us seems especially notorious in my area for never having htf figures initially. The only hope is during the Xmas shopping season when they hire all the n00bs who don't know enough to stash the good stuff.

Ce' la vie. I order online and avoid the hassle. BBTS never takes the htf figures out of my cases .

@Evil, you probably have an amazing collection.
I'm moving at the end of October, if I get the right place I will finally unveil my collection.
I bet we have very similar collections..

Did they check the top stock above the pegs? They usually have banners on them an swing back so the stock is hidden. At my TRU that's where I find all the good stuff when they put everything else on the pegs. When the new comic packs came out all of the Hulk and Juggernaut ones were stuck up there. As well as Big Time Spidey and Masked Daken. Found FE Cliffjumper, Starscream, and Arcee up there when the pegs had nothing but 40 Bumblebees. I always put that stuff on the pegs for someone to find and stick the doubles back up top. I'm sure one day an employee will yell at me.

I kinda got lost when reading that last sentence. Are you saying they put out the case but left certain figures off the pegs on purpose? Do you know which ones? I'd call corporate and tell them that this store is always showing a miscount in their inventory and ask when the last time they did inventory was. It wouldn't get anyone fired, but the manager would get chewed out a bit if he did inventory recently. Another option would be to go there and straight up confront the manager. I would do that. I'd tell him how I went home and figured out that the missing figures are this and that - the most sought after figures from that case. It's odd that they just released that wave yet they are not on the pegs. Imply that you know something shady is going on - see how he reacts to that. lol
