But not for giant sized versions of normal sized characters.
What people have to realize is that no store is gonna stock figures of the Celestials or the Living Tribunal without there being a strong headliner for the wave, which is why every Marvel Legends wave since the beginning has had an Iron Man, Spidey or Wolverine variation (or some other A-lister). Yes, this would be a great way to get obscure giants out, but they have to prove that there's a market for big figures in the first place, since these will be taking up a lot of shelf space and have a high price point.

TL;DR, give the first figures a chance, and you'll prove there's a market for these!

How dare you not want more of the same characters we already have 30-40 of in several lines?. I demand 7 Spiderman's before launch and with a new xmen movie coming out I expect 33 wolvie variatioms including space air and underwater wolverine.

What do you expect from a mass-produced $20 figure?? If you want HQ collector stuff, you get Figuarts or MAFEX, but for nearly 3x the price of a ML.

No, but I'd figures without derpy eyes to be the status quo , not a rarity.

I'd like a better collection of characters (you know, ones that appeared in the movies these toys are accompanying).

Better isn't just for the quality.. Like I said, a better selection of characters from the actual movies would be nice... Maybe don't make the main bad guy a BAF for an entirely different set of figures.

Maybe a couple useful accessories.., like the iron man and war machine Walmart exclusive figures that came with some useful extra hands, and war machine had even more than that.

I mean, look at what NECA does with their sculpts and some of their paintwork.. They're priced similarly, yet NECA is a much smaller entity. NECA sculpts/paint plus better articulation is what I'm looking for.

So, I'm not asking for figuarts level of detail and articulation.. But I am asking that the paint on mark 43 be decent and that he have a couple extra hands. I mean, he doesn't come with a weapon, the head is cool, but some extra hands would be nice.

I know that some legends have some nice accessories, but that isn't the norm.

As you said, NECA is a smaller entity, their production numbers are not the same as Hasbro's, it's easier to have better QC on a smaller number of products.
+ NECA are doing a more than average work, but they also have some QC issues.
About accessories, Hasbro have a different politic with BAFs, but consumers get "the same amount of plastic".

I hope this line doesn't follow the path of the Icons line with only one female character to show for. Hopefully we will hear more from this line soon.

For example, if it a 4" figure wholesales for $10 or so, the store is only making $3 per sale at a $12.99 pricepoint. A 6" might wholesale for $13 per figure, yet can retail for $19.99 (thus make $7 per sale). So selling ONE 6" figure, theoretically, generates as much as TWO 4" figures.

I fully expect these 12" figures to have VERY significant margins.

About $50, IIRC. Literally, double the price for double the size.

Probably wholesales for $30 or something.
Based on what I see for Hasbro 4", Hasbro 6", and how Mattel jumps from scale to scale, I'd be willing to bet the 12" scale wholesales closer to $40. This is all before shipping fees and the case gets an untouchable like yellow Daredevil or half-on-fire Torch. Also count me in on thinking the same name for 3 lines is incredibly stupid.
