This is a figure that I would say came out of nowhere to be included in the 30th anniversary line. Scoop is a Double Targetmaster which was an off-shot of the Targetmaster line in the late 80's early 90's. Updated with better articulation and a transformation that's fun without being overly complex I can highly recommend Scoop for your collection.
