Question? Is there a difference between Marvel Legends Iron Man and Iron Man 2 Mark VI Figure? Is it the same figure just repackaged?

I have the Cable 2-pack. Marvel girl (Jean Grey) is pretty much a waste of plastic. The reason I got it was to fill holes in my collection since I didn't have a Cable or JG. Cable is ok. One great thing about him is he looks perfect with the Jim Lee era X-Men. (Forge/Wolvie 2-pack, Jim Lee Cyclops etc)

I don't think so honestly. Like the armored avengers or whatever that line is called. The war machine is exactly the same as the walmart exclusive.

I 've heard mixed things about the Urban Legends pack. Captain Marvel is an OK figure. Really comes down to your preference though. I would probably do the Urban Legends because I need an Elektra and Red Daredevil. That Spidey is pretty good but mine is really loose. Don't know if it's common in that figure but mine is pretty bad.

Only one I have experience with is Spidey. But mine was found at a thrift store for a dollar and he was extremely played with. He's not lesser quality though. And the Punisher looks like the good Legends one with open mouth being only difference. Maybe someone with the figs can chime in

From what I understood they are actually slightly different. I hear that the Armored Avengers figure is based off the body of the "hangover" IM MK IV figure. Different range of movement for the Head and Torso etc. I own neither though so I may well be wrong.

In my opinion, thats the best Iron Man there is. I hooked up an Arker with one a while back and kind of wish I would've tracked one down for myself too, even though I don't want to collect ML. |

The urban legends pack is well worth it. The elecktra is a repaint of the series 4 elecktra, also the punisher is a repaint of the the version from the same series apart from his open mouth. The daredevil is a repaint from one of the spiderman classics daredevil's. The same one used to make deadpool. Thats why deadpool has the pouch on his leg, its meant to be for daredevil's billyclubs. The weakest figure is the spiderman. However the set overall is really worth having in your collection. Also that hobgobline is phat as hell.

looking at these i own kinda both ironman but from different waves looking at the ironman vi the "armoured avenger" one has i think more detail than the "movie" one i.e yellowish gold just above the torso plate paint articulation wise comparing with mark iv stealth ("armoured avenger") and "movie" one i think the head is slightly higher simply to put him in a nice flight mode so if your thinking of getting these i would go for "armoured avenger" ones simply cause the artiulation of the heads are better thats pretty much the difference the "movie" ones were likely to be a prototype to see if the 6" figures would sell well , which they did so go for the "armoured avenger" ones i think they are better detail and head artiulation wise but there isnt a big difference and i really really want that ironman mark iv.

Got this for $5 at the flea market yesterday, really great figure and the gargoyle base with the vice is just awesome. Super articulation too. Finally opened my Maria hill iron man two pack, both great figures and Maria is one of the best female Hasbro legends I've had. Also opened the stealth extremis, pretty cool with some great color on him. Two of my favorite legends, just monster figures with superb articulation. Toy biz was really shining in those days. |
