Found the variant set online $250!
MARVEL LEGENDS 2012 WAVE 1 VARIANT SET OF 7 W/BAF TERRAX | eBay

variant stealth iron man, clear shield steve rogers and red flame ghostrider ,from what I can tell the rest are the same.

One question regarding the new Iron Man: What are the major differences between this iron man and the 6in Iron Man from the other line? I have that one, of course i'll be getting this one for Obvious completion of the BAF. It looks like the same costume honestly

It's the same figure just a repaint. I looked it up on this thread: SDCC 2011 Hasbro Iron Man Display

i just happen to go to TRU 2day and there they were. that steve rogers is just off the charts gud. look at hasbro from doc samson till now and u can see they really put work into the new legends

nope he's got the regular shield. the varient is suppose to be a running change so it might not be out for awhile. him and ghost rider i think, are the running changes that will come without the BAF part but different decos

yea it was something they were talking about at comic con. about how they were going to do changes with certian characters (thunder ball to piledriver, madam masque to madam hydra etc...) and exclude the BAF part to keep ppl from having different figures with a ton of the same part
