honestly those are so hard to find.... i was lucky and found 2. i kept one and passed the other to an Arker. i will call around and see if any TRU have them. no promises though

So because i am dying to get my wave 3 case i emailed BBTS about my case that i preordered on 6/27. They sent me this back : "I apologize our Manufacturers often do not tell us when items will be ready until the items are either in transit or have been shipped to our warehouse.
Manufacturers also often experience delays in the production or shipping of products so its hard to establish a specific release date. We will update our listings if more specific release and arrival information is known.

It appears that the Marvel Legends Series 03 has not been scheduled to ship to BBTS by the vendor yet. I believe this should arrive by the end of September.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you and I will be happy to assist. Have a great day!" So now im really confused!!!

I'm confused, did they tell you it was ready to ship but hasn't or it's still on pre-order and you were wondering why it hasn't shipped yet? It originally said Sept. as the ETA but mine has been in my POL since 8/24 saying it's ready to ship.

Stupid UPS and/or BBTS!!! After I get my shipping notice I have always gotten stuff the next day (I am only one state over). Today is the next day and I don't have my case of W3 Legends yet

They didnt even charge me yet and they are claiming that they dont have them in!!!

weird, I ordered mine on 6/27 as well. I don't know why they say they don't have them but i do know they only fulfill a certain amount of orders with whatever they have then they go to backorder or pre-order again. I have friends still waiting on cases of wave 1. But if they haven't charged you then there's really nothing to do but wait since the ETA still says September.

Ditto for me. If anyone finds a black costume BW 2 pack from TRU, please let me know. I'd buy her from you or trade for her. I'd buy an extra Hope just to swap the heads...

They must have gotten some and are filling the earlier pre-orders first. Once they get another shipment, they will fill the other pre-orders.
