Aww that's ratty. I would never trade for items when I don't have my own to trade in return. I would post his name on here, and bad mouth him until he sends you the figures, or $$ to cover them. Check for ebay accounts, and also speak with mods about getting termination put in if results are made. But like any internet transaction you do have to be careful of who you trade with. There's always someone out there willing to take you for a ride and your $$. Lord Marvel, Peter Parker, Wolverine, Quinten, dogfashiondisco, all arkers I've done business with and would continue to do business with. I also have others like bighankcustoms and rodimus15, who are great arkers and great level of commication between payment and recieving said item.

Anybody have a thunderball figure or can find 1 that would be interested in trading for a piledriver figure? You and me both, I really want bigtime spidey! I plan to repaint him with glow in the dark paint and touch up any paint issues. I also want masked Daken but at retail pricing, not $50-300 range. Crazyness! I think in another month or 2 those cases will be shipped out and poping up everywhere. We just unfortunately have to be patient, and not give in to scalper pricing.

I hate the way BT Spidey came out. I get what they were going for, but a stark color contrast would have looked way better with a maybe a very subtle glow. I imagine it was factory limitations in the end. Your GITD idea sounds pretty great. Can't wait to see it!

Also, if you know the guy's shipping address, you may try to file a police report in his city/town/jurisdiction if he remains unresponsive. First option is to always continue to get the guy to work with you, but if worse comes to worse...

Many PDs have an officer or division assigned to internet crimes/fraud these days.

I agree, out of all the members on here I would say majority are solid individuals that will honor any deals, and do so because they love toys, and fellow collectors. I think that if we all keep the Karma levels high . Be it trading items, buying items for people who can't find them, splitting ebay auctions, or even as small as a comment or feedback on custom works, pics, dios, advice and info are always welcome here.
Toyark is a great site and committee of memebers who are full of usefull and useless knowledge. I would give this tip to anybody wanting to trade with another arker, make sure to check the b/s/t feedback thread , also comments. If the person has no feedback page, and only commented on here like 1-10 times I'd be a bit leary of them.
If it's a straight trade and your hesitant ask the other arker to ship first and then ship your goods once you recieve there package. Also, a lot of members on here use ebay and/or are part of similiar sites, they should/could have feedback on there as well. A bad deal is like cancer it spreads until everybody knows and it's all you can think about. Feedback threads are perfect to help this from happening. Good or bad feedback, it all helps, and lets you know what kind of person you're dealing with.

madame hydra comes with red skull..madame masque comes with zola
