				 | Quote: Florida Target's are probably a couple weeks away from Marvel Legends yet. I found 2 variant IMs, Hope, Klaw, and Constrictor at my TRU. Grabbed Constrictor, but at 19 bucks with tax included I'm holding out for Target..... |

I bought two at TRU.. blue IM and variant Rogers. IM is getting returned. I only bought it because I thought it might be good trade bait, but it seems like that's the most common Legend out there so far. If I'm wrong about that, and anyone wants to trade me straight up for a Ghost Rider (either version), pm me before I return his shiny blue ass.

				 | Quote: Yeh $50 is worth it, just try and get him to stand before u buy, his upperbody is way top heavy from the tubes in the back the massive chest and big arms, all resting on out of scale legs, so for me when I had him displayed I always had him with his back leaning towards the wall, as a few times he took out a good chunk of my collection when he was leaning forward or in an action pose. I loved the figure, headsculpt alone is badass, if u already got 1 on ebay, then just sell it to another arker and make your $$ back, and put the funds towards Modok or Mojo. now i need AIM soldiers to prepare for MODOK's arrival. haha. oh geez. it never ends! |

				 | Quote: I don't have any Marvel Selects, I know technically they are scaled bigger, but I figure any extra oversized character Like Colossus and Juggernaut would probably look okay in a Marvel Legends set up. Scale was never that great within the line anyway and the newer figures seems to be bigger than both the older Hasbro figures and the Toybiz figures anyway. At least being a Transformers fan desensitizes me to scale :P Last edited by T16skyhopp; 02-15-2012 at 06:37 PM.. |

Nice display! I'm not sure anyone has used the select one in ML yet. Seems like it might be a good fit, but he might even be a whole head taller than most ML... |

The Marvel Legends/Xmen Classics one is huge. A whole head bigger than everyone [other than Omega Red and the sort]. Select I would believe to be WAY to big.

It'd work, he's taller then the ML version and bigger but Colossus in the comics is around 7'' tall, the MS figure is around 7'' or so, and looks very nice. if you can snag the ML version loose do so but moc he's pricey.

Legends and MS figures are all different sizes .. thor select should be taller..and the new legends Thor imo is a bit to tall for being a legend |

Thor is 6'6. According to Marvel Wiki. In Armour, Tony should be eye to eye with Thor. Cap should be a few inches shorter. Hawkeye being only 6'3. My only gripe with most Marvel product is scale. But sculpt and detail is amazing so you win some, you lose some.

In case anyone was still wondering.. I confirmed (with my very own eyes) that there is NO color difference between the variant Steve Rogers and the regular version. The shield being clear is the ONLY difference. ..don't even think about comparing them via photos because in every light they look different, but I just held one of each right next to each other and they are exactly the same.

It looks like the variant cases were shipped out first, like they did with the Astral Strange MU wave, and once those are gone stores are getting the regulars. Talking to "my guy" (TRU dude I talk to), he tells me that they're on their third case of Legends wave 1 and only the first was variant. In other news, I saw every Legend from wave 1 today except the one I'm looking for (Ghost Rider). They did a really nice job on Constrictor.
