I do agree with you on the distribution, I have not seen a single one hit major retail, first time I even seen some locally was last week at LCS but they wanted $30/figure and all they had was bucky cap, which I got, so fuck that lol. I'd pay that for a masked daken or big time spidey but nothing else.

my eye sight isn't too great about colors. but I know pile driver has the same mold as thunderball. If I saw him at retail i'd probably get him, but to go so far as to hunt to the variants down, I have other gaps to fill first.



My local TRU has had the same six bucky captain americas for months. If anybody needs one let me know.

I think I saw another case on the pallet... I was just thrilled that I was able to purchase the three I was missing Plus the 28th is the office street day for these figures, so hopefully they will be easier to come by.

If you're going for a stand alone figure and aren't worried about scale you should consider the MS Avengers Hulk. Personally I think it's a hell of a lot nicer than the 6" WM version and it's easy to get. I want the 6" team, so I'm after him myself, but if I never find him I'm perfectly content with using my MS Avengers version.. "Hulk will be a little too big" ...big deal, he's The Hulk and these are comics. And unlike the Doom you have (I sold mine as well), this guy is loaded with articulation.

..regardless of what ends up being my movie Avengers display Hulk, I can tell you that the MS Avengers version has earned a permanent place in my man-cave... it's like having your jersey retired in pro sports.

I opened my Cap and Thor today to see first hand how they look with MS Hulk.

If you use the stands on the other guys I think the scale blends in really well. This is last year's 6" Iron Man, so I need a stand for him (anyone have an extra 6" Avengers stand for sale?), but you get the idea.
