wow that is cheap. i got my FO Cap for at least $60. I used to think that was one of the more expensive non BAF figures, till i saw black widow haha

Yeah, I lucked out super hard on Cap. Cooksux is a total bro for hooking me up. I was lucky to grab a Winter Solider/Black Widow set at retail. Hawkeye continues to elude me.

Awesome man! I recently got him also. Definitely one of the best versions of Cap.
I messaged a HissTanker months before I got a reply and just forgot about it. He got back to me last month. I asked him the price for FO Cap and BAF Blob. He said $50 shipped!!!!! Dude I couldn't believe it!!!

I guess they want to display Cap, as with his shield equip, the shield covers more of the actual figure.

Its a legit safety law. Same reason DCUC has the shitty short arrow attached to the bows on the Green Arrow figures. If you have a strung bow and arrow separately, even if its not capable of shooting, it won't get through safety testing.
