They were overly abundant and came out around the holidays (last year or the year before? I don't even remember)

and for some reason I don't have a pic of the other Thor which was a re-release of the Lord of Asgard Thor from HML2

I have never seen any of the above in the wild. I was able to get Nick Fury on eBay.

So let me get this straight regarding wave 3. Are they all running changes, or are they variants? I'm really confused right now. I thought they were all running changes. Also, I think that X-Force DP will be the more sought after figure out of the 2 DPs in this wave. Moonstar, FF Doom and Blade will also probably be the most sought after in comparison to their running change counterparts. Someone correct me on this if I am wrong and please clarify for me. Thanks

The wrecking Crew and the Madames were running changes for wave 2. They'll both appear on the card art

The figures you see in the line ups are the regular versions (Masked Daken and BT Spidey)
Thunderball and Madame Masque were supposed to be the first run, then the other 2 would be shipped.
Same with wave 3. You'll see XF DP and Doom on the back with I'm assuming Punisher and Mystique. The others will ship later. With wave 2 the 2 variants shipped first and were pretty common, now they are not shipping anymore so they will be hard to find. With wave 3 I believe the actual variants and running changes will be harder to get.
Also the 2 variants (DP and Doom) can ship with either cases of Punisher/Mystique or Blade/Moonstar

Argh. This makes me want FF Doom, Red/Black DP and Moonstar even more! Yeah, I know I left out Blade. I still want the Series V / Series 5 Blade more. I do not have a single complete wave of ML, and I'm really trying to get this one complete.

So one thing - FF Spidey, Pile Driver & Madame Hydra shipped first? How odd. I never saw them in the wild, so I figured they weren't released yet and got released for only a brief period of time during which I could never find them. hmph. Interesting. I've also seen tons of unmasked Daken figs, but rarely saw the masked version. I thought the masked version was the variant. wow, I'm all mixed up.

I got cases from different e-tailers. My first ones came with FF Spidey, Unmasked Daken, Piledriver and Madame Hydra. These I saw in stores as well. Later got a case somewhere else with FF SPidey, Unmasked Daken, Thunderball and Madame Masque. I'm not sure if I ever saw T-Ball and MM on the pegs myself. I never saw the regular figures or got them in any cases (they were still selling individually online for $100-200+) and only started seeing people get them in the states here less than 2 months ago. So for all intents and purposes FF Spidey and Unmasked Daken are now OOP and getting harder and harder to find. I've seen several people wanting FF Spidey now.

Lots of people, I will be doing mine soon enough just been putting it off, I also want to add glow in the dark paint to make it truely glow.

I wonder what my chances of finding these, plus Red DP and Blade at retail? I'm more of a if I find a ML in store I like, I'll buy it, but won't scour and burn the earth like I do for MU figures.

Don't sleep on Doom, guys. I've never had a ML Doom, so I have nothing to compare this one too other than the MS Doom, but I'm loving this version. Removeable mask (which is basically like having two swappable heads), solid/durable feeling plastic (like the Steve Rogers fig), and a good accurate sculpt. If this is a re-issue of some older Doom, I wouldn't know, but either way I give this figure a big

Edit- I was typing this while you posted, Dub. It's removeable, and it's spectacular.
