The part I hate most about walmart letting 3rd party sales on their site is that you cannot avoid them. I used to be able to search walmart and just find the items they sold, but now I have to sift thru pages of toy wiz items with insane prices to get to the Walmart stock. Amazon has the same issue, if I want to find world of nintendo figures I am stuck looking over hundreds of scalper items to find the amazon retail prices.

The issue with the big box stores here is that they do not care what is on the shelves. The local TRU has had the wave 1 world of nintendo figures on the shelves for months, about 10 diddy kongs and 8 or 9 of the 6" donkey kongs. They do not order any new waves due to these items sitting, but they never discount them to sell. They had the same issue with 3.75 batman figures, 10 general zod figures on one peg for almost a year, and never getting the new items in.

The Venom BAF looks pretty cool to be honest. Though I don't read many comics, I like that they try to mix it up with the character, instead of using the same overrated version over and over.
If you're talking about those blue spots on the front of Pizza Spidey's waist,I think 99% of them have those.

He looks better than I though he would. I'll probably end up owning him since I plan on getting most of the wave. I feel like there would be better options for a Spider-Man BAF character, like a Spider Slayer or even Stegron or something.

I might get spidey ... though this being a slim chance , wouldn't mind buying the maskless head of silk , was thinking of making a custom with it,

i don't think THAT spidey is the one being released with that wave.
..and that Space Venom...ehhhhhhh...I didn't follow the character so...I'm not so hyped about it...but maybe in person it'll be cool.
The head/helmet thing is what's not doing it for me.

Yeah... I might almost like the design if he weren't an abomination to everything Venom I have ever known. Missing Brock lots but at least he finally got good ML. Only getting Electro and Hobby from the set.

Lol Yes. Or Anti-hero. A more complex and fun character than I gave him credit for. wish I had an Eddie head for Venom, Toxin and Anti-Venom.

Glad to see better shots of these guys. Silk is still my number one WANT from this wave. Crazy how an extra head can do that!

Wow, that Space Venom looks terrible. If I end up with him, I will most likely be selling him off.

The only way I would make that Peter my default Spidey is if his legs can stretch out fully.

Boah, I saw some package shoots for the Hobgoblin. The regular head looks totally different to the Prototype on the Toy-Fair. That is really disappointing...

Hobgoblin has two heads though. The one they showed at Toy Fair was the alternate head.

On the BP, good catch Georgia...and, on the Space Venom, very interested in this version of Venom, I want it! Might get 2 or so figures from this wave, and not sold on that Hobgoblin, still feel like the ML Toybiz versions capture the image of him better. And, is this Spiderman theme for ML getting old with anyone here and at Hasbro? Shoot, Hasbro at least produce a Doc Ock, Vulture or Lizard please if you are going the Spidey route. Happy hunting, folks!

yes it is getting old But the Spider-man wave has had its perks by introducing characters that might not be able to stand alone
Ghost rider & Dare Devil
Reboots of classic Villains like hobgoblin

A Spider-man wave could easily contain characters like moon knight , luke cage , she hulk, Blade etc.. Unless there is an MCU movie around the corner then they may get their own wave hense all the avengers waves, though look at Thor he might finally get his own big wave with Thor 3, im sure Angela will be with that wave.

If anything I'm more than happy for those spider-verse collectors and members. who wanted to see these characters, I'm sure those characters you mentioned will eventually appear, if they do a Doc ock it has to be very good with pose-able mechanical arms.
Still trying to get rhino and Absorbing man BAFs finished.

Captain America is all doing this with Civil war , with wave 3 bringing in Captain Britain, I only hope they do another Union Jack , be awesome to get the invaders team going , or even better an M.I.13.

yes they can be there own waves but i don't think an M.I.13 wave would sell well on their own because not many people know of them.

If you get a bunch of 3P listings when you search something, just go the left hand side of the page and check the Wal-Mart.com listings only button. Poof, no more ToyWiz.

Hmm yeah, we will get the "Demon Head" and the "Classic Head". On the package-shoot you see the classic head on the figure. But the sculpt has changed. The eyes are smaller and the smile is more evil.

Sounds good, but has not the classic comic style. I could give you an image, But I am not allowed to post links here. They shows on marvel toy news.

That could just be the lighting. I don't recall seeing the standard head at TF.
