Plus, we're getting the Quantum Realm Hawkeye and Black Widow 2 pack with the additional heads. I think Hasbro is putting the QR suits out there for movie fans that want them but they aren't wanting to load the pegs with them.

Quantum Realm suit Hulk is a good guess for the BAF of wave 2 and makes sense. But come on, don't we have enough of the same figures already lol. There has to be some new figures they could re-use some tooling for to make a BAF.

Wait isn't that new Wendigo BAF still floating around somewhere? That hasn't been assigned to a new wave yet.

I 'resemble' that remark…

I could say something about Transformer fans, tattoos, and a bridge too far….but I won’t!

This is a true shame. Tigra or Jocasta would have fit in perfectly.

You could say whatever you want... but I’ll just ignore you, so you’ll be wasting the effort... and my point stands... no one other than the most hardcore fanboys want Hercules. He’s a wasted spot for 99.9999999999%. Kids won’t want him, and most casual collectors won’t want him either. A lot of plastic will be wasted just to make the build a figure.

Only care for Citizen because he can open the door for the original Thunderbolts, I would kill for Atlas/Goliath/Powerman...

Wow, that Thanos is weak looking. But they'll probably wait till everyone gets this and then release another one in a two or three pack that looks considerably better and cost half as much.

Yeah, he may not be a huge seller, but the Hercules fans will be happy, and at least a few casuals will pick him up, no question. He might even appeal to customizers looking to make a Conan figure or whatever.

That's what I like about Hasbro. They'll release a lot of the popular characters, but they'll occasionally include one or two oddball choices in each wave for the hell of it, and that's a good thing for fans of those characters or people trying to complete a certain team or something. No matter how obscure a character may be, it'll plug a hole in someone's collection. Shit, I'm still hoping for an Overdrive figure so my Superior Foes of Spider-Man display will be complete.

My point is that you should quit complaining about nothing.

Fantastic points. Very well thought out. However, it ain't ever going to happen. The "Marvel Legends Appreciation" thread should be renamed "Marvel Legends Depreciation" thread. That place is angier than Twitter.

Did they lose likeness rights? Only Hawkeye resembles his MCU counterpart. Even that Nebula head sculpt is off compared to her previous figure.

What's with the 3 extra heads in the Hawkeye/Black Widow 2-pack? Are the suits/bodies really so generic that we can just buy extras of this 2-pack to have Nebula, Iron Man, and Ant Man in those dumb looking Microverse suits too? Also, why would Ant Man need to wear that suit when his regular suit he wore in Ant Man 2 should already be compatible? Or are they so vain that they have to all have matching team suits now?

I don't think this new wave is terrible per say, but it does give off GOTG Vol. 2 Titus BAF vibes which is not a good thing.

No umpteenth MCU Iron Man variant? Sort of disappointing. Unless he keeps the same suit as in IW, then okay.
