Glad I got the Mafex Psylocke when I did (for a great price), this one looks great for a marvel legend figure but not even close to a pickup I need. Only thing I may pull the trigger on is the cap/venom two pack. Everything else is an easy pass. New wolverine looks interesting but this whole two-pack thing is prohibitive because I don't want to pay for a Silver Samurai when I'm just trying to buy a Wolverine. I get the novelty of the two pack for a fighting game but I'm tired of Hasbro 2 packs being one figure no one wants and one figure everyone and their brother wants.

That doesn’t really follow. They just did the Haslab Galactus a few years ago, so that original version is obsolete.

The original version would be the ToyBiz BAF, and I agree that one is obsolete. However the Marvel Universe Masterworks Galactus still holds up and would be a nice, cheaper, and smaller alternative for those that didn't want or have a chance at the HasLab. They could even remove the electronic features and I don't think most would mind.

I understand all that. But it's a garbage decision and I hate it. Silver Surfer is my favorite character and getting cheated out of seeing Norrin in new film pisses me off immensely. It's more of the MCU changing characters just to do so then trying to convince fans of said characters that's it's awesome. In addition choosing little Ruth Langmore is just weird and seems like a miscast.

Not to mention the character design of Shalla in this film looks like crap. Or at least the figure does. Her board looks like a beat down rusted out 72 Pinto. The board has actual weathered ridges carved into it. Her portrait looks insane and they made her toes visible. It's why the team spent about 5 seconds showing it off. It's an embarrassment of a figure design.

The MCU fell apart after Endgame and has never recovered. This will be yet another uninspired MehFest.

My only hope is we get a comic wave with a new Norrin on a bigger body in the style of Ron Lim.
