WHO? Morph? why?
Hasbro always does this. They either release the top character over and over and over till we have 17 optimus primes or they release the most obscure characters that most people havent even heard of. Then they act like they get all sorts of people BEGGING for them during the announcement. When in fact they likely got one email 4 years ago saying "ever gonna do a morph?" and thats it. GIVE us the core heroes/villains first then start tossing out whatever character you think we want that maybe appeared in 2 episodes. |

^^ As much as it pains me to say it...and peraonal feelings aside, X-Men Animated Morph has been one of the most heavily requested figures on boards and fan panels for years.
While "dying" early in the series, Morph returned and had a key story arc in the later seasons of the show...so saying he was only in 2 episodes is not only unfair...it's also untrue. |

AKA a series you'd 100% expect Morph and Jubilee to appear in, for example. |

This is a cool and very appropriate announcement for this sub-line. I’m glad they got to Morph.
Some of the previous announcements for this line had some lukewarm receptions with criticisms about sculpt and the cel-shaded stylization. It had me worried about sales and that they maybe killed the line already. I hope we get a few more releases. I’ve been wanting a retro carded Jim Lee Cyclops that uses the brighter yellow plastic and doesn’t have the Jacket like the last 3 pack release, but I would take a cel-shaded Cyclops in a pinch. I think returning to some of the releases that haven’t been seen for a while like Mystique and the Sauron BAF could be interesting too. And at the very least, I think the VHS retro packaging is a smart use of the no-plastic packaging effort. |

I for one am super excited for morph as ive always wanted a figure of him and even though its got that dumb cell shading ill take it as this likely the only animated morph we are likely to get.

"I don't want this figure" is fine.
"This is a terrible release, no one wanted this" for a major character in an appropriately themed subline is solipsistic in the extreme. Other people exist, and you're not expected to speak for them. If you're going to, try to know what you're talking about. |

Some of them, but if it was doing poorly they would have quit at least three releases ago. |

Why do people on forums always try to speak for everybody else by saying "no one" asked for this release? You can say that you don't want it but don't say no one asked for it. Tastes vary all over the world. A character that wasn't popular in America could be massive in Europe. A lot of X men animated fans have been asking for Morph so to say no one asked for him is ridiculous. I'm not a fan of Morph so its an easy pass for me but then I'm also not a fan of Spiderman and I have to sit through constant announcements for yet more Spiderman figures because I'm in the minority.
But I'd never say "No one" asked for a figure because most of the time somewhere someone did. |

I'll buy him. Personally, I wish he wasn't cell shaded (assuming he will be), but it'll be alright. I'll just be happy to have an official Morph in the collection.

I never even watched the animated series and I know about him through all the memes. If nothing else, people would just buy him for the memes.

I cannot wait for this, it’s long overdue. Not supper stoked about the cel shading, but I’m happy he’s finally getting a release.

Morph is the first truly unique, best and most iconic figure from this series to date. Looking forward to the full reveal.

Alright, its about time. Like most, I don't love the cel shaded look, but its not a deal breaker. That pretty much just leaves Banshee at this point.

I really like the cartoon , not aware of another morph ever being made so nice to see some fan requests getting filled. I hope a beast comes soon in this subline.
hasbropulse emailed me today stating -- "Remember that awesome thing you pre-ordered from us? F5432 Marvel Legends Series X-Men Wolverine 90s Animated Series Well, good news! It's ready to ship earlier than expected! In the next few days, we will process your order and your form of payment will be charged. |

Given me X-Men everything! For fans of the 90s show Morph is a good choice as I am assuming they are going too try and get as many figures out as possible. But, most of them will be figures we already have repainted, so far that's all we have seen, so at least a new figure to put anywhere in your X-Men collections. I am more on the contemporary comic side of things, personally. So many X characters with new looks, some better than others, they have resurrected a ton of characters. That's what I want too see! Oh, also a wolverine free wave. Too many wolverine

I think this line was doing fine until animated Jean Grey... that one is such a mess IMO. Still curious what an animated blue costume Psylocke with a new headsculpt would look like though.

Don’t we all already have figures of morph? They are just versions of him that are already morphed into someone else
