The title pretty much says it all. Who needs an update?
I would have said Scarlet Witch and Miss Marvel need new ones, but we got a Miss Marvel (with a second Carol on the way) and we are getting a new Scarlet Witch. So who else would you want to see new versions of? I'm asking about characters who could use an update, not brand new character ideas.

My personal list:

90's Psylocke
Kitty Pryde
Rouge
Toad

Anyone else have any ideas?

I'll toss Phoenix/Dark Phoenix into the ring.

Also, I'd choose a comic Mary Jane to update that movie Mary Jane. Not a new character! Loophole!

With so many unmade fan favorites it's hard for me to wholeheartedly advocate remakes, but my top wants for redraft are:

Silver Surfer
Namor
Havok
Beta Ray Bill
Wonder Man
Captain Britain
Kang
Klaw

1) Invisible Woman - She desperately needs an update, but she's a HUGE longshot, since it wouldn't make much sense to update only her without releasing new versions of the rest of the F4 in matching updated uniforms. And, with Marvel having chosen to put the Fantastic Four on the backburner for a while, new figures of the F4 are highly unlikely .
2) Miles Morales
3) Kitty Pryde
4) Rogue - The unreleased version from the Wolverine wave would be a perfect updated version !
5) Storm - Another longshot, since we just got her in the Jubilee wave. However, that figure wasn't exactly widely distributed, so a new Storm wouldn't be entirely unfathomable. I'd like to see a more timeless version of her, since all of the previous versions are all representative of uniforms from very specific era's.

*) Dragon Man - I don't want a new version, just a re-release, like Hasbro did with Kang from Toy Biz's F4 Classics line.

I'd love a new Havok. With the Doctor Strange movie on the way, we could see a new one eventually.

Having the old Dragon Man, he's not on my list, but it would be cool if people could get him

The more comics I'm going back to read the more I realize there are so many characters I want instead of rehash. But since you ask

Havok
Jim Lee Cyclops
Jim Lee Rogue
Bobby Drake Iceman
I'm not really happy with any of the Invisible Woman figs either.
And my biggest want a new bigger X-Force Cable

Here are a few updates I would like to see...

Captain America
Iron Man
Wolverine
Spider-Man
Punisher

...Just kidding...

Here are a few I would really like to see updated though, and in no particular order...

1. Apocalypse (as the new baddie in the next X-Men, he's about due.)

2. Blade (I'd settle for the one that was never released, but I would prefer a new sculpt, and not the one that uses the old Punisher/Winter Soldier buck so he could strike some awesome poses...)

3. Gambit (I'm not a fan of the character, but it's one I felt they never got right...)

4. Rogue (Again, I'd settle for the swap figure we never got...)

5. Psylocke (I'd really like to see her in her new get up, using the Moonstone/Black Cat mold.)

6. Juggernaut (I never cared much for the original figure, and he's ridiculously overpriced.)

7. X-23 (I'd love to see how she would come out in either her X-Force or goth girl/black tank top and black pants look using the Spider-Girl/Jubilee buck.)

8. The Mandarin (The ACTUAL Mandarin, and not the Ben Kingsley version we never got, although I wouldn't mind having that one someday either.)

9. Moon Knight: (the original figure was one of my favorites, but I'd like to see an upgrade, especially with a crescent moon that's actually centered on his chest! Get more use out of that Deadpool headsculpt as well!)

10. Venom (classic Eddie Brock): I know that this one might not be the popular choice and I'm in the minority, but as a HUGE fan of Venom, this is another character that I've never been quite happy with. The Spider-Man series 16 one was pretty awesome, but it came with that stupid rubbery gimmick head, and had some other issues that bothered me (his proportions being one of them.) The recent Marvel select figure was pretty awesome and right on the money, and is something I would love to see released in a legends scale. I also would love to see one in a proper Mac Gargan get up, as well as the Marvel Knights (Angelo Fortunato) "Killer Whale" costume.

Honorable Mention: The Shocker: (This figure was NEARLY PERFECT the first go around...damn the stupid vibrating gimmick and non articulated rocket launcher arms! I need a much better Human Quilt!)

not excatly a Who more of a What
I think what should be perhaps Rebooted are ....
Stands i.e flight ones like we got from toybiz
I guess one can dream as its unlikely to be, but if they were sold as packages of like 5 - 10 per pack that would be cool
Edit: Plus why do we have those peg holes in the back of figures apart from the ones that need capes

Ugh Cannonball yes. I always HATED his early X-Force Pink/Purple outfit even at the time it was current. Much preferred either his New Mutants outfit or the blue outfit he wore when he was an X-Man the first time around in the mid 90's (my personal favorite). But even more blockier steampunk (to me) outfits he wore as of 10 years ago were better than the pink/purple monstrosities. I'd love to see a new Cannonball.

Hey hasbro: New Cannonball, a Magik, Sunspot, Moonstar and Wolfsbane for an SDCC Exclusive huh, huh? Give it a thought (as if they read this lol) I would probably be willing to pay twice what I've paid for other SDCC exclusives for a set like this.

Age of Ultron will likely produce this much needed new mold, however, nothing helps get the point across better than pics:
