I definitely agree I've spotted that here in NYC especially in cases (no pun intended) like that. I always wonder if the idiots get caught & the employees try to tape it back up unless they couldn't care less about it seeing as how the pieces wouldn't have been replaced back in the packaging. Happens a lot more with WWE figures that have a title belt. I remember getting pissed & going to someone & telling them that that'll cost them not selling it because of the obvious missing item in the packaging. Sorry to go off on a tangent. I would also say that i love the chance to finally get to get my hands on a modern havok so i can be that much closer to an Uncanny Avengers group. Now if only that hooded modern rogue can come out already lol

i think due to high demand they may get re-released maybe... i am just assuming, x-men legends so go quick ,because they are generally rare as they go. Hasbro better see these sales and go , oh my we can make thousands with the x-men lines....

I love how the majority of this wave really evokes the nostalgia for that particular team of X-Men. Definitely looking forward to the Jim Lee Cyclops upcoming in wave 2 to help get us ever closer to completing that roster.

I agree about Juggies too, he's truly epic. He's everything you'd ever want in a Juggernaut figure. Truly massive, bulky and imposing, classic costume styling and an excellent centre of gravity. Awesome choice for this waves BAF.

I need to slap myself for being a 90s kid & not remembering the possibilities for this especially since this is a good chunk of the crew that is available now & my LTS has a good chunk of the figures needed in case i need to assemble them. I will say i notice the asses on the female characters are VERY round.

Anyone else feel that the eyes on figures have been too frequently mispainted actually? i can't cound how many times i flip through a section making sure the eyes on my figures look normal enough I wish they paid meticulous detail to that as some characters look too derpy to not bother me when i look at them & then i can't take them seriously.
