I just received an email from LEGO saying that the Marvel sets are being released this month. The bad ass Wolverine set is listed as $19.99 so I might be buying it after all.

I got another look at the new Iron Man minifig, and now I know why the helmet is so big. It fits over a Tony Stark head, and the front of the helmet lifts up like a mask.

This auction has a picture of what I'm talking about:

Did you see the Hero Factory-type Wolverine set? Right now, it's the only one I'm interested in getting.

I saw the price tag on the bigger models in my local Lego store...

And the answer is now a definite no.

I mainly just want a Lego Hulk but I may pick up a set or two. Why do these have to be so expensive though?

Right... so now how do I mix these 2 figures to make DarkClaw? That's what I want to know. I've tried a few combinations but I've not got one that looks right yet.

I plan on doing something similar with the Hero Factory versions once Wolverine comes out. As for the minifigs, you're probably going to need a masked Wolverine first. I would suggest sticking with a Batman:TAS design, since there's less details to deal with (Google has tons of reference pics/artwork of Animated DC customs).
