I'd say $30 isn't bad at all for Carnage since you also got to see him before you bought it.

I usually use Select to fill in my gaps in the Legends line. My favorite figure is Colossus, with Thanos and Silver Surfer a close second. I’d really like to see a better Red Hulk figure in the future. That Beast figure that is coming out this summer looks great. |

I also believe select knocked them out the park with their bigger characters. Juggernaut, rhino, hulk, red hulk and abomination are the size they should be. Sometimes the legends versions are pitiful size wise for these characters.

Select Gambit is the best action figure sculpt ever IMO. He looks exactly like he did in the comics. Sucks he is 7 inch scale, but if we never get a new Legends classic Gambit... my Select Gambit will be good enough for me even if he gotta be displayed separate from my Legends X-men display.

Just picked up the Netflix Daredevil to replace the shitty Marvel legends one in my legends display. He’s far better in every single category

I picked up Beast today. I don’t think I’m ready to replace my Marvel Legends Beast, but he’s a good looking figure in hand.

How's the articulation? Wondering if he can crouch like the Legend...

![]() He can sorta crouch, but he's definitely not as pose-able as the Toybiz ML. You'll need a stand or something to prop him up in his most "squatted" pose. He's also quite oversized to fit with Hasbro's ML, but I don't really care. He's aesthetically superior to any other Beast in the 6-7" scale IMO. |

Thanks for posting that pic. I just got mine in the mail. Long day at work had me struggling on how to put the set piece together.

Anyone else feel that the MS Juggernaut is this generation's LJN King Kong Bundy? I just pulled him out of storage and almost forgot how much heft he has. He's basically just a big round weighty chunk of plastic, just like the Bundy figure and you could actually injure someone with him if you wanted to.

Whenever I don't wanna leave bruises, I use a pillow case full of LJN King Kong Bundys.

Bumping this thread cause Marvel Select has been killing it lately and its criminal no one is talking about them....Rampaging Hulk, Silver Centurion, Titanium Man. All great releases at the $30 or under price range.

![]() Oh yeah, I forgot we had a Marvel Select thread. DST seriously upped their game with these two releases. I'm really interested in seeing more characters done in the same style and with similar articulation schemes. I don't think I want to end up getting a large Marvel Select collection going in addition to the Legends one I already have, but I'd certainly get a few more figures at this quality level if they did some of my other favorites.

I didn't even know about this: https://marvelousnews.com/271-29575 Marvel Select is doing a classic Apocalypse. Like finally they are doing the bigger figs that could fit in well with Legends. I mean the latest Hulk fig was awesome... so their sculptors are getting better.

![]() Got Apocalypse. He doesn't measure up to the high bar set by the "immortal" Hulk and Silver Centurion Iron Man, those were both designed by Yuri Tming while Apocalypse is by Eamon O'Donoghue so that might be a factor. He is still a good DST figure though and Apocalypse has been on top of my Select wants list pretty much forever.

Wasn't a fan of that Apocalypse at first but I think it turned out really good and that's a dam good head sculpt.
