The sculpt looks really good. And if Wade has more poseability than the original Marvel Select, he might be my first buy.

Looks pretty cool. I'm not a big fan of Deadpool (don't know much about him yet), but this does look cool.

If you ever want to get into him, try to read Joe Kelly's run. Marvel's writers don't respect Deadpool like they used to, but then again they don't respect hardly any of their characters.

Thanks for the tip. I'm not as much of a comic book reader as I used to be, but I might just get back into them, and a character I've had little exposure to would be a nice place to start.

As little as I know about Deadpool, I know even less about Marvel Select figures, lol, so sorry in advance for the noob questions. What scale are these things at? Where can these be bought? (other than online). What's the typical price for them? Typically, how is the articulation?

Deadpool here seems to have a fair bit of molded-in detail. Who knows, he may be my first Marvel Select. Though, tbh, I'm more of a fan of the 3-3/4" scale figures (this honestly looks bigger than that). Which is why I'm hoping that he gets a figure in the Marvel Universe line at some point.

the scale depends on the character , im guessing DP would be 6-7inches,i have hulk thats like 9inches. i've only bought and seen them at my local comic book store for alittle more than $20 and on some of them the articulation sucks(hulk,New captain america) but on some its good(iron man, modern thor,anti-venom).i'm not really an expert because i only have 5 but, meh.IMO i think you shouldnt start collecting comics because i started a year ago and at first it was $20-$30 now its $40-60(stupid mini-series and tie-ins),if $$ is not an issue then you could get as much as you want.

Deadpool is fun, but with new popularity, they've stretched the character pretty thin. I don't know if it's still going on, but the last time I read a new DP comic there were at least three or four different series going on, a couple being miniseries. The writing got sloppy, yada yada yada.

I like the small scale figs a lot more too, which is why I never buy these. Well, and the fact that they usually aren't that poseable.
