Ditto. X-Force Archangel should be a retail release, don't vote for him!

Is it confirmed that in order to receive this figure that we must sign up for the marvel digital comics thing?

Yes.

It's the Nick Fury like exclusive. Which means it'll get made for the digital subscription. It may hit ebay like Fury did from other countries. But for US residents and I think canada too, it'll be Digital subscription only.
Depends who wins though.

Eventually down the road, like years later they may filter some of this back into the line. But I doubt it'll be anytime soon. Thankfully in Nick Fury's case the movie line speeds that up. Shame they can't do that for 616 fury using Hasselhoff's likeness. >.>

Hahahahaha.

I have to admit that Fury was an easy choice for me to get from Hasbro.

Its what like $5 bucks for shipping and about 20 bucks for a subscription? I dunno I've bought entire waves from BBTS which have costed more, granted 25 dollars is a lot for one figure.

Eh I only collect MU at this period in my life so 100% of my spendable income goes to it. Lucky me.

Acutally that gave me an idea. Why didn't they just do all three; 10 dollars to ship it + the cost of the subscription. 30-35 dollars gets you three figures.

That seems a lot more economical to me. Everybody gets what they want, we get more figures for less price, they get people into Marvel Digital and a profit.

I voted for Ms Marvel, but to be honest I think all 3 are uninspired choices. She's seen release, but I do like her character. Archangel hasn't been cool since the 90s, and Osborne?

There's umpteen different Thor's and Ultron's out there out there with plenty of interpretations. Why not one of them?

Oh, and I never did get Fury, mainly because I didn't want the subscription. I'd have just paid more to get the figure.

C'mon, let's all do the right thing here. Vote for Osborn, so none of us feel bad that we didn't waste $30.00 or miss out on anything we actually wanted.

And what of people who are already suscribers to Marvel Digital? Are they assed out of the exclusive or what since it's suposed to be a perk for new suscribers?

I understand everyones feelings. But I do not agree.

The Marvel Digital subscription is really worth it. (That is if you don't already know how to download your comics illegally.) but even more so they are releasing some "digital" exclusive comics as well. Most of which are "eh" BUT the collection is ever expanding so they will eventually have every comic that you would ever want to read for a low price and an ACTION FIGURE!

PLUS I think that if they were to not release Ms.Marvel or ArchAngel single carded a TON of fans would bitch and complain..."I DONT WANT THE STUPID SUBSCRIPTION"

I already have a subscription. That's my point. So to have to pick up a 10 dollar figure for 3 times the price when they can just do the inevitable repaint on single card is just absurd, and in my opinion a waste. No sir, I don't like it.

Now, if they also provided current subscribers only the option of ordering in via sending an account number for verification or something, and for a discount price, then I'd be less likely to bitch about this.

I mean hey the TFCC lets members only purchase exclusive items, why not also have that be a perk for Marvel Digital Subscribers every year as a thank you for continuing the subscription?

I understand. I wish they would give current subscribers a discount to make that an insentive to renew the subscription. Give the current members a BREAK! but...

They have not. The price you pay is a premium for an exclusive figure, regardless of who it is. It's the consumer's choice to decide if it's worth the amount.

Yeah Im voting for Osborn because eventually they will just do a Archangel repaint down the line and I already did a head swap with the Ms Marvel figures and she looks good that way. Of course, I missed the deadline to get my Nick Fury figure so its kinda of a moot point. Now if Ms Marvel came with Meeting Room Table and unmasked Bullseye Hawkeye Head ...

I have a Marvel digital comics subscription, and I love it. The Nick Fury figure was icing on the cake. I voted for X-Force Archangel- he'd go great with the XF Wolverine and Warpath. I think folks that were already subscribers when the Nick Fury offer was released were able to send out for the figure as well. As long as that's the case for this figure, I'm happy about it. Archangel all the way.

I just realized. The three stock photos may give a hint. Moonstone's and Osborn's pictures are done by Mike Deodato while Archangel is just a shot from a comic.

What could this mean?

We saw Moonstone at Toyfair and she has art by Deodato, so that might mean they will release her but they are giving us the option whether we want it sooner or later

Osborn technically would already have one because he is on the back of every MU packaging anyway

Archangel, they may have not considered for a single card release as of yet considering he does not have art work, afterall Hasbro does know the MU lineup for the next year and a half. But I'm sure they recognize the value he has to completing XForce and as such they may be using this venue to fullfill that need.

I may be reading into this a bit much but with Hasbro sometimes you have to :-P

Oh of course. I mean I'll take the figure but repaints are a sure thing but NEW characters, how can you pass them up?

I really really really hope that as an exclusive they give us our money's worth. Accessories or an awesome sculpt or something.

Archangel would have been better as a repaint for single carded figures. Now it looks like we may not get a Norman Osborn head any time soon.

I just hope that when they do release Osborn that it is not apart of a horrible 3-pack. I do not wait extra crap figures. UNLESS it's his female director....mmm she's nice.
