I've had Tai for quite a while. His hat can't be removed. It might come off if you pry it off, but I wouldn't know because I never tried and I'm not willing to.

Watch their website, they should be up for sale within the next few months.
Boss Fight Webstore

I'd recommend the Amazon. You'll still have to customize it a little to get it to look like your picture though.

You can also pre-order a exclusive from Kokomo Toys.
oh, hum, not quite what was i looking for but definitely bookmarking this for future use

GI Joe Blindmaster may be a cheap alternative. I think his hat works well enough and the figure can be had for way cheaper and it comes with a ton of other accesories.

Thanks Jedirulz123! The platform is from a line of Simpsons toys, they each came with a diorama stand, this one was the Mayor's. The building are a mix of playsets and dioramas, mostly painted boxes, with workng doors and interiors. The playsets range from the Biglots military playsets and some are from My Little Petshop, some from Target/TRU called MiWorld and some other various girl playsets that can be painted up.

Just got this new one to add to my little city:

I suggested keeping an eye on the Series 2 of Vitruvian HACKs, as that one deal with more fantasy type of stuff. There also the Gorgons from Series 1.

I make my own customs I just need a base! Very hard to sculpt more solid things, I'm better with organic parts. Though Leather armour should be easier to make look better. I found a trick once to giving Green Stuff a leathery texture, it was a custom for a friend tho.

Are they available in 4" scale though? They weren't clear what was and wasn't. I would LOVE to have some 4"articulated monster girls regardless.

Hehe I pretty much have most of the small shops, don't have the sketchers or beauty salon but I'm okay with that. Movie theater sounds awesome, now I can use my Spawn opera set.

What is this spawn opera set u speak of? I like the movie set because it has a place to use a cell or child's small tablet as a movie screen. I'll try finding pics of it but still haven't seen one in person yet either. I'm not even sure if its been released yet.

I dissected the TMNT pizza box playset to get the storefront.

The Singapore Disguised Elizabeth Swann figure from the same line has a removable conical hat. Here it is pictured on my GI Joe Scarlett.
