If new, as Chucksass stated, Hasbro customer service will hook you up. If it was an older figure from a say a comic shop, there are several easy ways to repair a ball jointed shoulder. I would suggest figure realm as they many comprehensive guides on customizing and repairs.

It's from the Marvel Legends Thanos BAF wave shown NYTF in Feb. What was worse was Friday I picked up Spider girl and the whole leg popped off, that one I just shoved the peg back in

Call Hasbro, that's a new figure. They should be able to help out.

it's really not that big a deal as it is just annoying that a Brand new figure would break less then 5 minutes after opening it. Maybe it was Karma Sonic's has a Superman Promotion going on and I was playing with the Other companies hero. Anyway I'll just wait, I just hope they send me anyone but Batock that'll be on Ebay or up for trade so fast it'll make a race between all the Flash and Quicksilver look slow

You have a pic of the break? Might be helpful to see it so other folks can keep an eye on their Hulks for stress marks or other indicators of a pending break.

I would post a photo but you would never see them until it snaps off. It broke in the Shoulder peg all I heard was what sounded like the plastic loosening and then it popped off

Ugh, yeah, hidden "surprise!" breaks are some b.s. I had that happen on one of my 2099 figures... just a sickening crack as the plastic broke off. Managed to repair this, but it was not a fun break to discover:

i guess we found to Cheap not worth 20$ figures. You would think something listed for a 4 year old would be a bit sturdier. I guess none of these Toy companies would survive if the Toys could last like Buzz and Woody in Toy Story (First Andy then Bonnie).

Unless it's a widespread problem and tons of folks are complaining about their Hulks (or 2099) figures falling apart, I see it as just an isolated incident. I'm enjoying the line despite ending up with the one defective figure.

I'm not really a Marvel Legends fan, DCUC for me all the way. But I did pick up a few Characters I Like, like Johansson Black Widow, Spider Woman, Wolverine, and such. To be honest I am not a Fan of the Appearence Hasbro gave these figures they look Fragile, and this really didn't help

I would have used that Skoob but it's not accurate. Smashed sounds more like the whole figures was in pieces. The left arm broke off.

Tough luck, I would make sure you write Hasbro a letter, and then return broken hulk for a new one.
Recently I bought a Saga Legends Plo Koon, and the hand just fell off upon opening. What a bummer, I think I might have just thrown it away.

My cap had a broken hip, I know he is old but c'mon. His legs and lower torso fell off when I opened him and then his left leg will not stay connected. I managed to fix the torso but he still has a wonkey leg, I think it was warped. I contacted Hasbro and they never got back with me.
