I'm just glad you didn't say flaming translucent Torch because he isn't a "variant".

But now you have to add:
astral Dr. Strange/Dr. Strange
Absorbing Man/steel Absorbing Man

I don't like counting stand variants but:
Skaar/Son of Hulk
Scarlett Spider/Spider-Man one right side up one upside down
Sub-Mariner/Imperious Rex
Tony Stark/Iron Man
I dont count them either but dont forget the Skrull variant stand one is english the other is in Skrull language

Stand variants are so epically lame IMO... but... I really want a Tony Stark stand. LOL. I never really liked Iron Man until I saw Robert Downey Jr. as IM, but he's not IM... he's Tony Stark... so I don't really like IM as much as I like Tony Stark.

Yeah neatogecko has him pictured in his collection of variants that's why I didn't list him.

So close! You got light blue Bullseye, but there actually isn't a Punisher variant. The other Punisher is a different number like the translucent torch. The other one I'm missing is the black Ronin variant.

I've added pics for all the new variants except for Absorbing Man and the new Iron Man/Tony Stark. Still working on those ones.

The clear Silver Surfer comes packaged with the dark colored Galactus variant.

Yeah we haven't gotten beige shirt Luke Cage or blonde Black Widow yet.
One year they were in the diorama.
One day they may show up in stores & surprise us all.

The Classic and Modern Ms. Marvels were two separate releases with different numbers. However, the Modern Ms. Marvel also has a variant known as Dark Ms. Marvel (same number/packaging).

The Thor package, left bottom corner looks like it's been opened...there's a tear between the plastic and the black paper/cardboard. Therefore, could be a fake.

Loving that Captain America. The light blue actually makes him POP a little.

The Thor is... okay... I suppose. I am really more excited about the upcoming FF ones

I dont think they are real either. The Ronin (black version) and Bullseye (lt blue) are legit, but I dont think these are, they were found in Signapore, maybe knockoffs?

You found the Tony stand with the flesh skin version? Man I guess that blows my theory out the window lol. I though the Tony stand came with the metal one. And the Iron Man stand came with the flesh skin version
