So...is there a variant for each wave?
There seems to be one varaint per wave...any guesses as to who will be the variant in the next two waves?

Too many is never enough, man.

So..is the Sub Doom figure a variant of Doom or Steve Rogers? (I still say it's fake!)

Technically, no. Not a variant. If it's the same figure number then, and only then IMO, is it a "variant". The subscription Doom is his own figure, unrelated to the single card Doom, which in turn is unrelated to the Secret Wars Doom. Again, that's just how I view them.

Those aren't real variants are they? Or are they just packing errors?

Sadly, no. It's real.
THe night it was first shown by anew Toyark member I swore it was fake as hell- re-used head, mismatched unoriginal card art, Infinity Gauntlet that he never had except in one crappy "What If?" story...

It's real...but real sloppy.

As far as the Doom figure goes I emailed Marvel and asked how to get it:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Marvel Entertainment Inc.'s Online Support
services.

The Hasbro Victor Von Doom action figure will be available with the
purchase of an annual subscription to Marvel Digital Comics Unlimited on
marvel.com shortly. Please stay tuned to marvel.com for future updates
regarding this special offer.

If it weren't so late I'm sure something would come to mind about no belt, no shirt, no service...

How were they sealed?
I'm leaning towards repacked because someone wanted the belt & vest.

They're perfectly sealed. So I don't know. They must be factory errors.

Most likely factory errors. Never seen them before now. And Hasbro has never done two variants for a single-pack MU figure before (they usually get a separate release).

Nice and vague. So only people who went to NYCC can have one for now? BS!
