OK, I think I need to start this thread with an explanation of intention since it is two-fold.
1) What figures can be readily made by Hasbro using existing bucks, heads, and accessories (you can add in other Hasbro lines if needed such as a MU body and a GI Joe head) 2) If you have done so as a custom feel free to show it off so others can see and maybe, just maybe, if one of the Hasbro folks happens to be reading they might get an idea or three As such I will kick this puppy off with one I have been thinking about (feel free to tweak other's suggestions btw): Agent Venom ___________ It seems to me that the Commander Rodgers body is pretty close with the cool boot/legging things. Add on a Scarlet Spider head and the vest from the latest Spider-Man line Black Spider Man and wallah...instant Agent Venom.

I think Paint is a given here. So yes, assume that Hasbro paints the figure in its appropriate colors. Ala using the new Bullseye buck to make the new Daredevil.

There are two supplimental threads, but those are about existing figures, vehicles and accessories from other lines.
Technically, this thread should go in the Creative forum, but since we're talking about what Hasbro would be able to do as opposed to what customizes can do, I'll leave it here. EDIT: Here are the other two threads I mentioned: one for other lines, and one for accessories/vehicles.

To be fair, the first thread is about compatible lines, not custom ideas so much.
My easiest kitbashed custom was a Starkiller head from SW, a movie wolverine (with jacket body), two guns from whereever, and a hood from the Snake Eyes vs. Storm Shadow 2 pack = the Hood. pics are here http://forums.marvelousnews.com/inde...wtopic=2056158 Last edited by uberlad; 04-03-2012 at 06:54 PM.. |

Red She-Hulk - She-Hulk only black suit, black hair, and red skinned.
Savage She-Hulk - She-Hulk with red hair. Quote:
(TBH though, I do put timber with my MU X-Force figures to be just a flat out doggie form of Rahne... I do hope they do her black and silver feral form though in the smooth almost anubis like X-Force style.) |

Seems to me you could repaint Psylocke into Elektra pretty easily.
The tricky part would be the head covering Elektra wears, which might require some "hair-cutting" and some green stuff molding. I don't know where you'd get the sais either. Wish I had the skills to attempt this. |

Savage She-Hulk - She-Hulk with red hair. Timber is one solid piece. You can't just head swap it. So it'd take some work to do and not be easy. Plus it wouldn't match old school x-force and V3 x-force has the fur covered so it's not visible. They could swap ROC Mouthless snake eyes head though to an impact armor scarlet from ROC and get the non-transformed V3 X-Force costumed Rahne. (TBH though, I do put timber with my MU X-Force figures to be just a flat out doggie form of Rahne... The timber I have is two pieces. The head comes off. I'm looking for claws for her. Kitty pryde would be a decent body for wolfsbane. I've seen the wolf from the cronicles of narnia.
I've been working on doing an electra figure. She would go great with the latest daredevil comic pack. |
