I also hate this kind of exclusive deals. I've zero interest in digital comics, however I spend at least 60 bucks a month on physical Marvel comics. Why don't I get an offer for a figure and some exclusives?

o_O Never heard of this version before, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I wonder how long it will take them to do a John Carpenter's Venom. I know John Carpenter never did Venom, but there was a comic series I read in the 2000s that had the Venom symbiote in the arctic or something and good god was it boring.

If that figure was more accurate to the "What If" comic it was based on, and came with an alternate, non mouthed headsculpt (Punisher spends the majority of the issue sans toothy mouth...) I might be more interested. As it stands, the chest logo is inaccurate, he's missing sculpted boots, and it looks as if he might not even have trigger fingers (although Punisher used "guns" that popped out of his wrists through the majority of the issue...which would have made for some cool attachments.) It makes it feel like a really cheap, poorly thought out repaint...even cheaper than the previous offerings.

Swap the head for Frank Castle and this becomes way more interesting. Boots would help but it's not the end of the world. A little disappointed they didn't find something to use for glider wings. That mold has peg holes in the back they could've used for an attachment point. Also could've added a sidearm holster to his hip. Could've been more thoughtful but at least the chest logo looks badass.
